评价： had a family gathering at the hotel and therefore stayed afterwards.neverything went well and good breakfast ended our stay there.noverall it was a nice and good experience. facilities, amenities were nicely provided and staffs were helpful. recommended hotel

优点： Everything about the hotel,location,facilities,staff,the room amd food.nThe room was huge and spacious beyond my expectation. The ceiling to floor window concept and see through glass door bath room where you can see the bath tub from your bed. Complete ammenities with mini fridge a kitchen sink,pair of sleeper and touch screen control pannel where you can control everything in one place. Huge and comfy bed with very fluffy pillow. Higher floor where you can see the landscape of rawa buntu and BSD area....nI Feel homie and almost don't want to go .nThey have a cool jacuzzy too and infinitti pool and also eqquiped gym on the 16 floor.nThe staff was excellent very friendly hospitality service.nThe view was amazing especially during night time.nHotel also close to street food option just behind the building.nThe hotel it self seem new everything was in working condition and in perfect order.
缺点： Very selected food option whether inroom dinning or breakfast food selection.nThe towel are torn and bit stain on the pillow case.nHopefully they will looking into.

评价： It's my first time stay at Trembesi Hotel..and i feel didnt enough if stay only one day..cause the facility is really enjoyable for children..i already book for another stay here..thankyou agoda for given me the best rate at high season 🥰

缺点： Lift very crowded and slow. Breakfast very crowded menu , hygiene and table arrangements very not nice.

优点： The breakfast was great! Loved their food and cooking. They had tons of options from rice to soups, juices, chips, cooked chicken curry, pasta, a lot of fried delicacies, cereals, fresh fruits, eggs, milk, muffins, yogurt, bread pudding, waffles, bread, pancakes, etc. One night we were surprised by some complimentary cakes with our order - which made our day. Housekeeping is also very good, whatever we requested they were prompt to act upon. The service was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and thanks God the front desk people understand English!
缺点： The staff should have interpreter services available to English speaking guests. It is sometimes very difficult to communicate with them. I had to translate from Google and then order food in the restaurant. Also, every time the car enters the hotel lobby, there is a 5000 IDR parking charge - which is not fair to the guests. There was everything else but no lotion in the bathroom.

缺点： We planned a staycation here, simply to swim and rest. We went to the swimming pool at 4 p.m. and were told that it had been in maintenance for two days and would not be ready until probably tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. I protested since the check-in counter did not inform us, and there was no information on the website or medsoc. I complained to the front desk at 16.15, and they apologized and informed me that the swimming pool would be ready for use at 6 a.m. tomorrow, but at 16.25, the front desk informed us that we could use it only God knows whether the swimming pool has actually finished the purification process or they simply removed the sign indicating that it is ready for use.rnrnFortunately, we had booked a hotel with a bathtub, so we decided to just use it. But the worst part starts here: the water that came out of the main faucet is brownish-yellowish. It's impossible not to complain, and they stated they'd send an engineer. The engineer arrived and checked the faucet, saying, I'm sorry the pipe must be broken, but you can turn the faucet continuously so the water can turn normally. The water remained yellow the next morning. So we use the water from the showerhead to fill our bathtub. The main point is there was no phone calls or anybody checking the status of the water during our stay here.rnrnI merely share my story I believe this is just my bad luck. However, if I am requested to return, there are several things I would like to confirm about this hotel. I didnt take any photos, have no any energy left because the drama above.

评价： Hotel terburuk termahal, bagus mewah gedung lobby nya.. kamar nya biasa aja mahal, dan paling shock breakfast nya terparah ga enak, makan sayur kol sm ikan pesmol, dingin. Ga enak! Puding nya jg nutrigel... hotel katanya bintang4 masa bgni, kecewaaaaaaaaaaaaaa mahal bgt!!!
缺点： Super slow receptionist even with a long queu, they can still chit chat comfortably, few are looking clueless. rnRoom was just ok, with similar rate you can get better hotel chain in Jakarta, not to mention this is actually in Tangerang.
