评价： My first time staying here while attending Comifuro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Aside from the few hiccups like the TV remote needing new batteries and the bidet leaking, I would be nitpicking at this point. The breakfast buffet and room service was excellent. 10/10 would stay here again

缺点： Not many staff, no security , asked for extention checkout , but they cut the card without any information after say okay.

优点： Friendly staff and a good location
缺点： The hallway smells like smoke, you can notice that previous guests smoked in the rooms. Also the food is simply inedible, they gave the wrong order and the payment process was not smooth hence I paid cash. The hotel looks a bit outdated and the gym is not really a gym. I think an upgrade to the rooms and gym / spa facilities would do good.nnThe breakfast was also a bit limited. It’s relatively basic.

缺点： It is poorly maintained. Bed linen’s aren’t fresh. They didn’t even change the linen I stained. Fresh towels were not provided daily. The staff were having a good time around rhe lounge bar when I arrived. No one even helped unload luggages or assist to open the door while i am dragging my luggages. They just looked at me! No one was at the reception. It was terrible!nnAt night, I can hear tables and chairs being dragged around, footsteps, and some wierd noises. I even told the receptionist about it but it wasn’t useful.

评价： Kamar bagus, hanya butuh perawatan pd interior. Bentuk koridor panjang agak gelap, butuh ganti karpet koridor/tambah lampu?. Breakfast banyak pilihan tp buat ramesan kurang enak krn sprti angetan. Pool bersih, pemandangan bagus. Ada fitnesnya juga bersih. Butuh mobil utk pergi kemana mana misal makan diluar. Kalo buat konser/pameran /mice sangat terbaik krn pas bgt disamping.

评价： Bising suara motor, malam tidak bisa tidur. Kamar lantai 6 tp sepertinya tidak ada peredam, suara lalu lintas terdengar sangat jelas.
优点： Everything was great including the free breakfast buffet that has many choices. I am especially appreciative of the omelet bar.
缺点： This experience was a weird one because it happened at around 7 or 8 pm. There was a lot of noise outside of my room something was banging at the door. I tried to ignore it, but it went on for quite some time, so I took a look through the peep hole and lo and behold I saw someone up on a ladder (fixing a light fixture perhaps?) and swinging some sort of cable that was banging on the carpeted floor or even the door. Why was it weird? Because any maintenance should not be done at that hour, when some people are back in the rooms ready for sleep.
