评价： The room was perfect for a family of 3. Though the location was not close to the market or town. It just took 15 mins walk to there. We all enjoyed to walk to experience everything. Or you could borrow a bicycle from the hotel.

优点： Great room with big comfy bed as well as a small balcony overlooking pool.

评价： The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The most friendly staffs makes the stay very comfortable and feel at home. The manager arranged all the trips in town. Buffet breakfast is very good. We were vegetarians and they curated special menu in their breakfast. Welcome drink was amazing. Spa service was very good too. Our kids enjoyed the pool and kids club. Free bicycle to town is an added bonus. You will love this place for their service !!

优点： The staff at this hotel was incredible! Everyone was so friendly, very obliging and super professional.
The rooms are clean, well equipped and the bed is really comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very big with a lot of different options.
I alsway want to point out the Spa. I had a vietnamese massage, foot massage and facial done by Dao. She was amazing and the whole session (120 minutes) was really relaxing and pleasant.

I actually extended my 2 night stay to 5 nights in total - so that says everything i guess:)

评价： The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped. Although I would question how the towels and comforters are washed properly. The towels are no longer as white as new and have a strong smell of cologne. The comforters didn't smell fresh at all. Giving Hoi An is a small town so this hotel is OK IMO.

优点： We stayed for 6 nights and really sad to leave. We were upgraded when we arrived which was amazing. The staff have been so attentive, especially Chi who has been checking in on us regularly. It’s nice to see a hotel that actually looks like the photos, and even better in real life (some hotels we’ve been to in the last two weeks haven’t really lived up to the photos). Good range at breakfast and you can eat right by the poolside. Really good location between the town and the beach - 10 minute on a moped to the beach and a really short walk to town. Laundry service was fab and affordable and was in our room ready when we came back from a day out. Also an amazing marble bath which I used a lot :) Just a really great hotel! We’ll be back.

优点： We were very pleased with Baby hotel. The staff were more than friendly, they were professional and competent.
We liked the location because it was close to the river, easy accessible to the city but not in the chaos and noise of the city

优点： The location is perfect: out of the busy noise yet just a 5 min walk from the old town.
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

评价： I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and had it not been raining I would have spent a lot of time in the pool. The only downside is the construction happening next door.
