优点： The room was fantastic, cleaned superbly every day. Ha, on reception, made our stay perfect, along with all her colleagues. She had great suggestions for things to do, scooter hire etc. She also recommended the Hoi An Memories show which was amazing! Rooftop pool was great, and saw Tet fireworks in full 360 panorama. Great hotel, great staff, great location.

优点： The staff really stood out during our whole trip in Vietnam, the front desk, the night time guards, and even the cleaning staff who were so kind and quiet while cleaning the neighboring rooms in the morning. Breakfast was great. Rooftop pool was great. Pool table was amazing. Ping pong paddles could be replaced but still good :). They also had a great hot shower that didn't run out of hot water. It's a close drive to both the old city and the beach. It was a great stay. We rented a motorbike from here and had no problems at all :)

优点： The hospitality was amazing. Warm smiles everywhere and very attentive hotel staff. We had a room with balcony and although the view of the street below and some rooftops were nothing to shout about, it was comfortable with a twist of the past in the furnishings and fittings.

Slow Walk to Hoi An old town was about 20 minutes or less than AU$2 by grab. Perfect if you want to stay away from the hustle/bustle.

优点： We had a lovely stay at Qualia hotel. Exceptional service from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, noting two that went beyond to ensure we had a good stay - Thao Thanh, provided us with fantastic recommendations during our stay, enabling us to experience great restaurants which made our trip in Hoi An!
Bong was so pleasant, helping with a smooth check out and even organised transport for us to our next destination.
The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and had a lovely authentic design. Would highly recommend!

优点： Loved this hotel - great location a short walk into Hoi An (10-15 min walk), or easy to use one of the hotel's free bicycles. But quiet enough away from loudness of town. Staff were amazing sorting out transport for us, as well as giving us a free upgrade to an amazing room. The on site spa is lovely had a massage which was great & they allowed us to shower up there after before getting our flight. There is a rooftop bar which they kept open late for us so we could watch the New Years fireworks. The breakfast was easily the best we've had on our travels. Thank you!

评价： The female receptionist was very nice, free upgrade room for us to 501. The room was cozy, nice and lovely. We book the spa service at 9pm but nobody at the spa reception at that time, waited for 30 mins for the staff to come. They were late. Location was near to ancient town. Overall, good, recommend to stay here. We will come back next time

优点： Rooms were really nice and clean and the beds were huge and super comfortable. The front desk was really helpful and thoughtful with their suggestions. The pool was also great, it was nice to be able to swim and read by it!

评价： On arrival had a room upgrade. Hotel was within reasonable distance of all major Hoi An attractions. Room was very clean.
