The guest booked through the app has been confirmed, but at the payment, the manager asked to transfer directly on the app and if renting here, it must follow the local price. (The manager is afraid that the app price is lower than the direct price). They stalled for 10 minutes without letting me take the money.
After knowing the guest transferred 740,000 to the hotel (direct price is 600k), the staff said okay to take the room.
Suspecting the hotel of cheating customers and cheating Agoda as well. Too bad.
