评价： There is nothing unprofessional like a 3-star. The service staff is okay, but the non-service staff is doing things randomly. Maintenance and security staff should stay in their designated positions. In a big hotel, we have staff stationed right at the elevator to assist guests with going up and down. On the 8th floor, there are staff dressed like maintenance standing by the elevator buttons, and when guests say something, this person argues back. Elderly guests should be prioritized to enter the elevator first. When I mention it, they argue that it’s because I’m standing in line behind them. However, we should prioritize elderly people, children, and hotel guests to enter the elevator first. This staff member's name is Tho. He doesn’t dress like the other service staff. I see that these staff members are not in their proper positions like in the 3 or 4-star hotels I have stayed at. Service staff are trained, while these guys are just maintenance, and they should be where they need to be, not in the hotel restaurant. On top of that, they seem to want to argue with guests. At first, I was going to give 5 stars, but after that incident, I don't think it’s deserved. One bad apple spoils the bunch. Guest room 502, from January 28-30, 2025.

评价： The accommodation is clean and quiet (check-in on the 7th floor), with a beautiful view of the city at night. The breakfast is quite good for the price of the room. The staff is very enthusiastic. The parking space is spacious. The downside is the internet is unstable, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
优点： Buffet Breakfast spread has reasonable variety and is good. Hotel has ample free parking space compared to other hotels in this city. Located within 1 km in the city center area.
评价： I was stayed here 3 nights. A very pleasant atmosphere everywhere with a very good service. All staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. Room clean and Two comments for improvement: Interior room kind of old needs upgrade. The WiFi was always available, but the speed should be faster.

缺点： the bath tub is too high. my wife felt down and hurt. Her arm get Bruised and lower back hurt for few days. I will not come back because of the bath tub is too dangerous. Especially, for older people.
