评价： I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was welcomed warmly. I especially want to thank Linda for her friendly and accommodating nature. Overall, it was worth the money, and I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay!

优点： Sam sam homestay is a family business. Linda and her husband are very professional, very kind and caring, helpful and reliable. I felt that I live with a local family while during my stay at their place. The homestay is locates very central and in a nice and calm neighbourhood just 7min walk from old town. The place is very convenient
, clean and peaceful.
Linda and her husband helped me a lot when I got sick like a family. The gave me good tips about restaurant, attractions and local coffee and tea. They arranged my ticket to the memory land in Hoi An and Ba Na hills in Danang. They arranged for me taxi with reasonable price to come from Danang airport and also for my trip to Ba Na hills.
I definitely recommend this Place. Thank you very much dear Linda for all your care and kindness.

评价： Perfect spot to stay in Hoi Ann your very close to the main hub but out enough that it’s quiet during the night. Linda the owner is super friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond. Room is lovely and bed is very comfortable. Great value for money!

优点： Linda is the most wonderful host, she was always so kind and made sure we had the best room with a great view, always gave us water and clean towels etc, helped us book day trips with discounts, and let us check in early when we arrived, even offering us to have a shower before our room was ready.

评价： This is a budget homestay so your quality is enough. They tried to fit all the things you need in a room, so it feels a little bit crowded, but it served their purpose. The owner is very friendly and is willing to support you every time. Don't expect too much since it is only a homestay, meaning the owner is willing to share a part of their house to their guest. There is no table at the lobby that is conducive if you want to talk and have some bond with friends after a long day of trip in Old town

评价： Booked this at the last minute. Just got a little problem because the app says it is a free breakfast but it's not. Linda is so nice and the room is so clean. It is so near the hoi an old town and in everything you need.

优点： The hosts (Linda and her husband) were the most welcoming and helpful. Very good location - 3 min walk to Old town and great coffee in the cafe across the road.

评价： Generally all the budget hotel falls within the same price bracket. However, this hotel cleanliness was a bit off. There were ants crawling aong the door frame. There was no room cleaning services nor bottled water provided. To top it all, the tv was not working. Only plus point was location. For the same price i think yhere are better options.

优点： Wonderful family that hosts Sam Sam Homestay. Linda was kind and recommended some excellent places to eat. She even helped me with getting my backpack repaired. Laundry services are excellent also. The clothes all came back clean and smelling nice. Room is located right next to old town and is convenient for exploring. Good sized room. Cleaning, fresh towels, and water provided daily. Bicycles and motorbikes are available for rent. Thank you for a great stay.

评价： Location is away from bustle nightlife but also 5 minutes walk away. Room is very clean and neat. Looks newly.. Staffs and owner are very friendly. No need to worry if you need anything. Theyll be very happy to help from bottom to top! Highly recommended to stay.

评价： We loved our stay here. The owner Linda and her family are so accommodating and friendly. We had a clean room, water and fresh towels everyday. They allowed us to shower and use their bathroom whilst we waited for our night bus after check out. Great location with only a few min walk from the old town and cheap motorbike rental too.

优点： I was there for two nights and the owners are really gentle and kind, they gave me everyday a bottle of water and a lot of information about booking different tour same as Vietnamese cooking class, coconut boat tour and my son guided tour, so that you don’t have to book by yourself. I was at the first floor and the room was clean and good. The facility is located in a narrow street only 5 minutes far from the city center, which means you can sleep well without hearing any noise. Finally they have a driver who can bring you to the airport and also rent bicycles and scooter if you need. So I can honestly suggest to come here.

评价： We had a great stay at Sam Sam! The AC and wifi both worked great and the host Linda was awesome. She helped with tours and onward travel, and we even rented bikes. I would recommend!

优点： The position in perfect, next to everything you need and in the centre of the town, but the street is quiet so you can sleep well.
The staff is friendly and the owner is a very kind person.
Our 1st room didn't have a window and I asked her to change it since I have chronical asthma, she moved us to another room with window.
The room has a fridge, AC and the bed is comfy.
The homestay has laundry service (35k/kg) bike rental (50k/day) and, if you want, Ms can organise transfer to the airport, station etc..
Moreover, before leaving, the owner prepared a snack for us since she knew we would have travelled 16 hours by bus.

评价： While the staff are lovely , there are closer places to the night market, and shops.

I booked a deluxe double, and was given a small room with a window facing a wall, with a small gap.

优点： Incredible location and hospitality, rooms were clean and big and the Old Quarter was a very short walk away. Linda was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
Room was a bit humid but we just put the air con on 'dry' mode and that helped :)
