优点： The location is superb! It is right on the edge of the old town but just away from all the noisy bars and busy streets and it overlooks the river.

评价： The hotel is very satisfying to me ... so clean and spacious the room .. the staff is very friendly and respectful with the customer.. when I check out the hotel owner Mrs. Ai gives free instant coffee 1box for me .. highly recommend 💯💯

优点： Its a house basically, location is amazing and its 1 minute walk to Old town and Markets. View from balcony is amazing with River view. Its good stay. However don't expect Hotel like facilities. Its sufficient for a family or even single travellers. Host are decent.

it is a family owned boutique hotel that is right infront of the river. easily accessible to restaraunts, bars and a few meters away from different coffee shops etc.

优点： It is a family business. They are kind hearted people. My husband is a coffee lover. They gifted him with a kilogram of coffee, because he mentioned the taste of the high Quality coffee in the room.
Willingly assisted us in getting around in Hoi An. I would suggest you organise your tour bookings with them, as they are easy to deal with.
The room was spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea and 2 bottle water supplied everyday

It is alongside the river and 2 minutes walk to the Night Market. Well located.

Better for solo travel, but still ok for couples. Next to the commercial and tourist area but quiet and comfortable.

评价： The lovely lady gave us a little souvenir and very kind to see us off, love the location slightly away from the busy ancient city which was just a short stroll away. Quaint and basic room at the ground floor but perfect for us.

优点： We like it's location which is only 3 minutes walk to Hoi An Ancient City, food Restaurant around and got a river in font of hotel. For the hotel room aspect, everything is good but the stuff arrangement not put in order, whereby the floor carpet should be put outside of the bath room. But it is put inside the bath room and definitely it get wet when the bath room is in used.
