评价： So conveniently located. Near the beach, shops an lots of terrific restaurants. Great breakfast included. Would recommend!
优点： location was great , check in process
缺点： view from the room , I was expecting sea facing room but it was facing the sideways of the sea
评价： Richico Hotel(Ronal Hotel) is nothing like what is advertised. The photos on their site are not current. After our first night we paid to upgrade to a larger room. The linen is old, stained and threadbare. The cleaning of the room is cursory at best. The breakfast room has many options but they are usually cold and you have to wait for more to be served. The location of this hotel is really good, it's a shame nothing else is. We have stayed in many budget hotels in Asia and have had good experiences. We would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
优点： Location was great, surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, walking distance to the beach.
缺点：
Communicating in English was not easy with the hotel front desk staff. Thank God for Google Translate.
The facilities offered by the hotel for airport transfer and tours were more expensive than what you can find with local operators.
Cleanliness was eh ! passable. Towels were dirty. I saw a few ants in the kitchenette and bathroom. The housekeeping staff did not clean the coffee cups in the sink or even wipe the water on the kitchen counter. Probably not in their job description.
The beds were comfortable, room size was very good, however all the stuff is dated. So you get what you pay for. Cheaper price, cheaper quality of hotel and their amenities.
My spouse did not bother to get up the last few days to avail the free breakfast buffet as he did not like it.
优点： Close to the beach
缺点：
poor cleaning
Poor drain in the bathroom
I saw a mouse at the breakfast restaurant
优点： Inexpensive bordering on cheap. Good Value for Money. Good breakfast. Good massages. Decent location but have to negotiate with tour operators. Close to beach and lots of restaurants around. Excellent coffee shop next door. Laundromats close by. Decent location.
缺点：
Saw a few roaches around. So called apt is more like 3 rooms one of which has a half equipped kitchenette.
If the mgt cared they could take better care of the facility.
评价： My boyfriend and I upgraded to more of a studio style room which had 2 beds and a kitchen. It was clean and spacious and once the A/C for going it was nice and cool. The beds were firm but comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated with a rain shower which was nice but it takes a long time for the water to get hot. The room also smelled really musty so we bought an air freshener to spray it- it didn’t bother us enough to complain but it just smelled like it hadn’t been used in a while and the dishes all smelled musty too. We also had to google how to use the stovetop so some English/vietnamese instructions to use it would have been helpful. It was nice having free breakfast but the location for it was so quiet and didn’t have a nice atmosphere or vibe. We really enjoyed going up to the pool which had a beautiful view of the ocean and city! It’s too bad the pool facilities are quite run down though, you can tell there used to be a bar/cafe and gym up there but it’s in ruins. Overall for the price we were really happy with our stay and found amazing restaurants nearby- don’t miss the diner next store!
优点： staff are nice.
评价： The receptionist at night is very friendly and enthusiastic.. will not disappoint you with the service or amenities.. very clean and very professional..
优点： Staff were very good. They provided table and chairs for the room on our request. Always riendly, helpful and cheerful. Location was good for the beach and other facilities.
缺点：
Kitchen facilities were poor. No instructions provided for the hotplate. (but a staff member came to show us ).No toaster or microwave provided although they were in photos of the hotel rooms on the booking site. Cutlery and crockery were totally inadequate even for 2 people.
The hotel listed a restaurant and room service. The restaurant was purely buffet breakfast ( which was good and staff excellent). so, not really a restaurant with menu and meals.. we did not ask what "room service" would be provided. if needed.
评价： This is an ok hotel for the price. There was some work being done in the lobby area, fire doors were propped open in the stairwells, it took two days to fix my airconditioning and the fridge only worked on the last day even after I mentioned it to three different people..
优点： Great location
缺点：
Room was very stuffy. We were "upgraded" but the room we were put in, the window was facing some building. We had no airflow and the bathroom has no exhaust fan. Asked to get moved but they were full.
Mattress very very firm.
评价： The hotel is spacious and clean. It is very close to the beach, and I really want to come back a second time.
优点： Great location near a bike rentel shop and the best latte and bakery, service and breakfast were great also
缺点： Nothing much
评价： Near the public beach, all kind of store within walking distance. Nothing to complain about at this price point
优点： Staff was friendly, and really great location. We stayed in apartment with 2 rooms. Great for family. Good breakfast
缺点： The shower water was not hot.
评价： With access to absolutely everything within a short walk
优点：
The breakfast buffet was good, but limited.
But it was conveniently located, close to restaurants and the beach.
缺点： The beds weren't at all comfortable. Sometimes they ran out of hot water.
