评价： Great experiences when we stayed here! Good service and supported from Nguyen, Linh, Phu…

优点： The whole area is very well maintained, garden, pool- overall the entire resort (which is not exactly a resort but rather a bunch of villas managed by several firms).
The resort is perfect for relaxation, quiet, clean - beautiful.
Da Nang is not far or expensive with taxi- is well worth to have breakfast in the city’s many cafes or to even order food to the villas via Grab.
SPA worth a visit every day:)

评价： The staff there were very helpful and friendly and the villa is suitable for families.

优点： The villa filled all our needs. It was near the beach. Location was good halfway to Danang city and to Hoi an. Breakfast was nice and had great choices, it was prepared in front of our eyes everyday we were there.. Cleanliness was top notch the staff tidied up the place every day of our stay. The trio of Lisa, Vince and Lily were great help during our stay. They fulfilled all our requests pending to transport, food and sleeping arrangement.

评价： Excellent communication service with Lily, Vince, and Lisa. They reply very fast and always accomodate any requests. Location is 25min to Hoi An and 25min to Dragon Bridge. Grab app very convenient for food and commute.

Big villa
Staff tries their best but the infrastructure in communications and service. Had to remind them of how many towels to bring and they forget.


Cons:

It's not a hotel so the standards are not hotel- levels which can be misleading on the Agoda post.

Food options limited and operated by outside vendor so it isn't integrated.

No phones to connect to central communciations and had to coordinate with multiple people on whatsapp which can cause confusion
When it's raining have to use their buggies



Better to book at next door fusion or sheraton
The ocean suites are better maintained than ocean villas

优点： The villa is spacious and the pool was great. The beach is near. I am grateful for the swift support from the staff, especially Jenny and Tony. Thank you guys!

评价： Lisa, tony and jenny were all very sweet, accommodating and friendly. I felt like there could have been a little more cleaning to leave less dust, but overall it was a very pleasant stay with great staff and services :)

评价： We stayed during winter and the water was too choppy to swim which affects most accomodations in danang.

However, with our own pool and a big variety of food choices available for breakfast, we were always well taken care of by vince, lily and Lisa. They'd check in with us through the day to make sure our needs are taken care off and came through with flying colors when request was made. Highly recommended to stay at the villas

优点： Aside from location (far from city centre) and TV (no connection to programmes), this resort villa stay has been a truly comforting, safe and relaxing one! Beautiful scenic internal pool view, lots of greenery landscape, excellent service from our host (Jenny, Lily, Lisa) and easily contactable, accede to most of our requests at fast speed and have been really helpful and friendly too! The host really take good care of us and you can tour around the whole villa in their buggy, it's an eye opener to also see the beach front of danang. Overall experience was fantastic although initially, wifi and aircon had some issue but host were very speedy in arranging things up within the day. Definitely worth revisiting when I'm back in Danang! The villa elevated our experience 😍 and special thanks to Jenny for the attentive care!

Breakfast in the villa was lovely.

评价： The accommodation was very amazing. We had the cooking staff come in every morning to cook for us. They were very accommodating when we ask for a little rice to cook for my baby. We had grab come in n out of the resort. I thought it was very convenient cuz we had a 2 babies. Overall, we had a great experience. I would recommend this for anyone with a family.

优点： There are issues with this property and we had to negotiate to leave early staying just first night.

Staff - Vincent and Lisa were amazing and did their best to fix issues. They were delightful to deal with and should be commended for their professionalism.
