评价： Everything was amazing - starting from the communication prior our stay, the welcome, check-in, tour to our room & amenities, room service, the gorgeous sea, staff greetings and willingness to go above and beyond in making our stay a very memorable experience. Our rooms are super spacious and clean with garden & pool view. There were even peacocks roaming outside the breakfast restaurant - such a pleasant sight! The only thing we would recommend is better variety of vegetarian/halal spread. Overall it was an amazing stay at Furama Resort Danang! Thank you!

评价： On the beach but pick your season as raining, windy and cool - Jan. If warm - fab location. Lots options and activities - some free and some charge. Expensive, room service - bottle of red and pizza $97. Pedi and mani cost $80 and only removed gel (painstaking nail by nail with an air tool) and then applied gel nail by nail with UV but didn’t start other hand or foot as we waited for UV!! nearly 3 hours!! And not a great job. The lovely lady tried her best! I arrived before check in and 13 mins before 2pm ( check in time), told me I had to wait till 2pm. The lounge bar great and enjoyed Long Island Tea. In summer great location!!

优点： Room was excellent, view of the lagoon pool with balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. Hotel has the best beach on the bay. The hotel let me rent car and driver for three days and we got to see all the sights stress free, no waiting on taxis or booking rides.

评价： We just had an amazing stay at Furama. The service was super, and the hotel is very well appointed and has great facilities. On our last night we suddenly had a lot of small flies in our room (it is actually surprising that we saw not an insect the nights before given the tropical climate). The hotel gave us a new room on the same floor to sleep in while allowing us to keep our luggage in the old room (it was about 11pm at night when we moved) and next day they gave us late check out. Absolutely recommend this place and would definitely go back.

优点： Excellent service and vibe. The beach was clean and beautiful. The mushroom hotpot and ling chi tea was absolutely amazing. Would love to visit here again.

评价： I have lost the car key within furama area, event the staff checked cctv and knew the guy who exactly take it, but furama staff did not try to contact to him.
I had a hard time finding a car key maker in Da Nang. I will never go back to Furama.

评价： I have enjoyed my stay at Furama with my family. They have prepared a cot for my baby and the room was very clean. Although the weather wasn’t great during our stay, we have enjoyed the restaurant and the bar.

优点： I loved everything about this resort. The location, stuffs, room, cleanliness, food, private beach, spa, kids club. Everyone was very accommodated. We stayed 7night and wished to stay more. Da Nang was one of the best destination in Vietnam for us and we felt like we stayed in the best accommodation. It was raining continuously but we enjoyed the resort activities. Specially kids loved the kids club and the baby sitters were amazing. The special attraction was peacock feeding, it was beautiful beyond my words. Thuong from Guest Relation made our stay seamless and perfect. Arranged everything ahead of time. I wish her good luck. And i can’t wait to go back to Furama on my next visit. Good luck and keep up the good work.

优点： Lovely absolute beach front resort with stunning pools and private beach with gazebo's plus lounges. Amazing, sprawling tropical grounds, large comfortable room and amazing staff. Highly recommend.
