缺点： Uncomfortable bed mattress. Black mold in bathroom . Old carpet

缺点： No Arabian eat

缺点： When I stayed at this hotel when the weather was warm, the transportation was convenient, and it was fine. However, as the weather got colder, I couldn't control the room temperature, and it was so hot that I couldn't sleep at all. The interior is outdated, but I understand that since the hotel price is reasonable. However, because it was too hot to sleep, I recommend checking in advance whether you can control the room temperature yourself before making a reservation (I heard that there are some rooms where you can control the temperature). You may have a hard time during very hot summers or winters.

缺点： The hotel is very dated they haven't refurbished it in years.rnThe room has very old and oddly sized furniture, clearly designed for Koreans. Listen, I’ve been around the world and all across Asia. All international 4-star hotels have standard-sized/hight furniture. This one feels like it’s made for Lilliputians. It’s VERY uncomfortable to sit and work on for Europians. I’ve included a picture with a 10 pad and umbrella for reference so you can see for yourself. This is from their BEST room—a suite they sell for 600,000 W per night. I had to use my luggage to lift the desk.rnThe staff is deceitful and conniving. When I first checked in, they put me in what they call a superior room or something like that. I couldn’t stay there—you’d have to be a gnome to fit! I asked for their best room, and they showed me a few. One was room number 1425, but it was occupied at the time. They said they'd give it to me in 4 days. Four days later, after cosmetic surgery and desperately needing good accommodations, these conniving SOBs rented that room out and tried to stick me with something far more dated for the SAME PRICE. After a long argument, they gave me the room next to it, but it wasn’t nearly as good, and they still charged me the same price. What a scam! I paid tons of money for this terrible experience.rnListen, I’m not against them having ethnically designed furniture, but this should be clearly stated—like “low-rise” or something—so potential guests are aware.rnAlso, the jacuzzi control was NOT working at all. They had replaced everything with a single on/off button, so the control panel was completely dead, leaving no way to adjust any settings.

缺点： Payment required to use the Gym. No subway station nearby to get to COEX

缺点： Price was on higher side

缺点： They did not have coffee machine in the room. Even coffee at the restaurant was so expensive and horrible. The food was below average. Also the lobby does not have place to sit down except very narrow areas around columns.
