优点： The staff was very friendly and willing to assist when needed. Room neat, clean, and very cozy.

评价： Everything were good.nThe only problem is the noise that comes from the street. Even with ear plug, you can hear all motors. Because I have a light sleep, I slept very bad.

优点： Front desk staff was nice and extremely easy checking in and checking out

评价： I enjoyed my stay here, the bed was spacious.nnThe noise from the road is indeed a concern, and the sink is in the room, which is not my fave, but that is a personal preference. I also had a day when I had no hot water in the morning.nnThe location is great though!

优点： There's a beer & wine store that's open 24h/7d, LOL! So you can come back after business meetings and just wind down by yourself.

评价： Great to stay in this hotel. Compact and contemporary. Airport bus stop is just a cross from hotel. Two convenient stores are 2, 3 mins away plus coffee shop and restaurants!

优点： The room was awesome and very clean. The shower was incredible. Staff were very accommodating and understanding. They also helped get us a taxi very early on the day we checked out.

评价： Had surgery nearby, the clinic was walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of natural light. Perfect!

优点： The location of this hotel is awful unless you're coming for a business conference, and the location happens to be within walking distance. This is like a downtown location without any stores, restaurants or anything fun for tourists. Train station was super far and taxis did not know this location so they always ended up super far away, mostly cancelling. The staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. When I stopped by prior to my stay, they wouldn't allow me to see the rooms and were only willing to shoe me photos. Originally she said because the room-type I booked was in use, then, when I asked to see any available room, her next excuse was because the hotel was being fumigated. Clearly, they don't want you to see those tiny rooms until payment was already made. After this treatment, I requested a cancellation a whole 2 days prior to my stay, and they refused. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Keep looking.
