优点： Room very bright and spacious
Nice little balcony
The shower partition that doesn’t flood the bathroom
The owner is very nice and smiley (although he doesn’t speak English so get a translator) and he cooks breakfast every morning
Free bikes available
Initially very clean
The restaurant nearby does really good food

评价： The place is nice and the room is do huge.
They should have a make up room or no disturb signage.
Under the bed is not clean and full of dust and garbages from the previous users.
Swimming pool water must be replaced every week.

Please have enough shower gel and shampoo as the guest will need to refresh at least twice a day due to hot weather.

The receptionist is helpful but language barrier is really the problem

优点： The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a great addition.
The property also offers free bicycles, great wifi, a swimming pool and we also used the kitchen to cook a few meals.
Breakfast was tasty and the staff was super friendly.

I love the mattress at the hotel, it is incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep.

优点： Soft bed, hot rain shower, good aircon, spacious and cleaned room, friendly hospitality services, cozy swimming pool… I can’t ask for more!

评价： We are travelling as a couple and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, so much so that we booked an extra night. The rooms are clean and spacious. The host is lovely. It is about a 25/30 walk into the main bit but you are provided with bikes for free and can use them whenever. Overall a great stay.

优点： Good stay. Room was big with good shower. Fridge filled with water/soft drinks and beers. Breakfast was ok for what you pay.

优点： The room was so spacious and the owner was really friendly and helpful. It was further away from the Old Town of hoi an, which we appreciated as it was very calm and quiet.

优点： Bedroom beautiful. Everything clean. Have also a pool super nice. Besides is not too centric you can go walking with no problem.

评价： I really like this room a lot, everyone. I went with 4 people and everyone was satisfied, the furniture is relatively enough (however, the TV doesn't support YouTube, and there is no fan) but overall it's okay. The room view is beautiful, the pool is comfortable for swimming, and the kitchen is sufficient. Overall, I would rate it 10 points.

优点： The place is located in a calm village/island just 15 minutes walk from the centre, but you can also use the free bicycles. Beaches are about 20 minutes drive with bicycles.
Free breakfast with different options like banh mi and eggs, or pancakes. Tea or coffee also included. We loved our room since it’s very big and with a terrace. The bathroom also is very big.
The swimming pool is also very nice and around the area you can find many shops and restaurant.
Great value for the money. Highly recommended
