评价： Very friendly and accommodating staff! They all went above and beyond to ensure your stay was comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the main attractions! Would recommend

优点： The breakfasts were really delicious with lots of fresh fruit. Everything was very clean. The room included a kettle, refrigerator and minibar. Location was safe and quiet. Good quality linens and towels. Good hot water in the shower. Walkable to the main tourist areas.

评价： Great hotel very clean, but the breakfast was not great

优点： Phenomenal. We came for our honeymoon and booked last minute because we weren't thrilled with our previous accommodations. Reception was extremely accommodating and went above & beyond for us. Rooms are spotless and breakfast was delicious!

评价： The location is actually in a resident neighborhood. The road is not so well paved as such there would be puddles of water on the road when rain and we can't walk out without getting feet wet.
Breakfast was basically non existent cos it's prepared by whoever staff is free in the morning and we would go out for more food after the breakfast.
The Aircon is not powerfulall and luckily the owners switch on the Aircon before we come back. And we were able to enjoy a cool room when we are back.

It is quite near to one end of the Hoi An old town street and a market after crossing the bridge that is ard 8min walk. It is also near the Hoi An Impression Park. We walk back after the Impression show

One can also easily get Grab to the hotel contrary to what we were being told.

优点： Nicely appointed rooms in a good location. A sort walk across the bridge and you are in the middle of everything.

优点： The staff are absolutely amaazing and so attentive. The free breakfast is delicious and Ahbi at reception could not have done enough for us soo helpful. Would recommend 100%.

评价： We have been travelling Asia for 7 weeks, and Grace River was our favourite so far! We extended to a whole week! The main host was so friendly, the breakfast was 10/10 best breakfast ! Our room had everything we could need, cleaned every day. The pool was beautiful. 5 minute walk to the night market. Don’t hesitate to stay here !

优点： The staff was absolutely incredible! Location of the property was a short walk to the main town. The rooms are nice and spacious, could use a little TLC, but clean and very comfortable. Very peaceful and would definitely choose this property again.

Just a short walk to the market and restaurants.
Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

优点： The service was remarkable and i must say i am extremely grateful to the staff because we got sick of food poisoning from some other restaurant and the whole staff were super worried about us, they gave us tea and prepare some rice porridge which not only made us feel better, also nurture our soul, the ladies from the hotel were like the moms from our trip, the room and the location were also pefect

评价： Well I stayed here for 3 nights and on the second night Typhoon Noru came straight for Hoi An , so this wasn’t a normal holiday experience. Despite the fact that the street outside was wading knee deep the next day I couldn’t have spent the time in a friendlier hotel. As the winds were rushing at us, they made me dinner and the next morning despite the flooding and damage breakfast was still served. On the last night of my stay they gave me a free dinner which they cooked during a power cut. They were just totally wonderful. I never got the to chance to swim in their pool but I did fall in their fish pond during the power cut though

优点： Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was so lovely, they even made us up a takeaway box on our last morning as we had to check out before breakfast. Clean hotel and comfortable beds.

评价： Wonderful place to stay- within walking distance to the Old City and they also have bicycles to use. It’s in a nice quiet area. They helped us arrange a tour and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely come back here my next trip to Hoi An!
