评价： My wife was in this homestay 2017, and she wanted to bring us here. We happy there was room available as this is a great place with decent size bed. Good bathroom and always booked up. Family is super kind helpful and helps you with scooter rental.
Location could not be any better. It's walking distance to the old Japanese bridge and the river, Hoi an is a safe old city and 2 am you can safely walk back to your accommodation.

评价： This homestay is well located in the old town which becomes pedestrian in the evening. Tuylip is very helpful and she proposes many services like tours, motorbike and bicycle rental, shows or bus tickets, etc...

优点： Loved the location as well as the clean room, and lovely family. So close to the main streets of the old town but not inside of the noise. Love it.

评价： Value for money is awesome. Nice family hotel, clean rooms with huge balcony, 1 min from the old city. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

评价： This was not what we expected at all. We arrived very late for our reservation as we had taken a day tour out of Danang. When we arrived, they had forgotten our booking and gave our room away. Apologetically, they scrambled to get us an accommodation for the night. This was great and all, but it was far removed from the walkable Old Town area we came for. When we did get to our room, it was not what the pictures looked like. Additionally, the tv cord wasn't even long enough to reach the plug. Why even have it and list it as an amenity? When we had left to go out and explore the town we chose to leave half the room keys to power the AC so our room was comfortable when we returned. They went into our room and removed it. We had to ask them to leave it the next time we left the room. Due to travel restrictions on our part, we had to leave a day earlier then we booked. So on our last day we booked a show in town and asked if they would let us leave our bags at the front desk while attending it. They said yes, no worries. You can just leave it in the room. However, when it came time to check out they charged us for all three nights. I understand the last night as we didn't cancel our reservations in time but the first night? You messed up and still charged us? That is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. The family was nice and they did pay for the taxi to get to and from the alternate accommodation. I suppose those are some nice extras. I would have been more impressed if they could have gotten the basics that I paid for down first!

优点： Excellent location with easy access to eateries, clothing shops, massage parlors, pharmacy within less than a minute's walk. Access to the old town is also very convenient. It is also very easy to book a Grab ride from the location. Host provided a pot of hot water daily upon request.

评价： I stayed for 7 nights and had an amazing stay. My room was comfortable, supper clean and the air conditioning was good (Hoi An is HOT!). The owners are lovely people. They treated me like I was one of their family members, always checking up on me and asking me if I needed anything at all. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee nice and strong, and I am already trying to see when I can go back to Hoi An!

优点： The location is perfect and the host family is very kind and helpful. They helped me book transport from the train station and to the airport. The balcony was great for sitting down and relaxing.

优点： Great location...we walked everywhere around the area. Basic clean homestay which we wanted to experience. Our hosts were wonderful! Extremely helpful....organized and booked tours for us, including private driver and English speaking guide.
