评价： Beautiful location. Excellent hotel. Brilliant Staff.
优点： The location was excellent on the riverside close to bars and restaurants
缺点： The room was a bit to open plan with no door between the bedroom and bathroom however staff did put a curtain up

优点：
The reception 'Men' was the person to singlehandedly made my stay at Long Life Riverside Hotel more convenient and comfortable. He'll do everything he can to assist with your queries or issues while staying at the hotel. He makes sure all queries or arrangements will be settled in due time.
What an enjoyable experience!
缺点： The rooms are getting a bit worn and old, and they need quite a bit of maintenance work. The rooms located behind the building are pretty noisy as there's a primary school located just behind the hotel.
评价： This location is in the heart of all the action . Bars , massage , markets and food are all within 100 meters . Breakfast is very good quality and staff are nice . Beefing is very clean and comfortable
优点： Can’t beat the location by the short bridge leading to the heart of the old quarter. I prefer this side of the river due to the extent of services, bars, restaurants, massage places. They have a beautiful patio but the breakfast room and overlooking the river.
缺点： Some of the rooms are a little dark.

优点： Location is right along the river with easy access to the Old Town and markets free bikes usage to locations that are a bit further (the ceramic village, the silk village...). Decor is nice and tasteful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Included breakfast is decent. Breakfast served upstairs with balcony looking over the river — very sweet!
缺点： The 3-br apartment we booked is actually a one-br with a loft, a queen bed is added into the living space to make it 3-br. This setup is very cramped for our group, with limited seating space and no privacy it was ok for our 2-nites stay, longer would have become rather uncomfortable.

Great place to stay. Highly recommended for family. Staff was professional and very friendly. Breakfast was a great as it offers traditional local dishes with additional western to your liking. We picked this place because we wanted to stay in a place that gave a good representation of the historical area we are staying at. This place has not disappointed us, i know ill be staying here again next time.
The only thing we did not like was the weather but no one can control that.
优点： Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast as a high standard.
评价： Comfortable stay. Location is strategic to the shops nearby. Cleanliness needs some improvement. Loud music from neighboring school in the morning.

缺点： Room discrimination was misleading, I booked a family room believing that there were 3 separate bedrooms, this wasn’t the case! There were three separate bedroom area but all open to one another!
评价： Very accessible to Hoi an Night market. Floating lantern is also walking distance. They also serve good breakfast included in the hotel price 👏🏻

缺点：
The hotel is located in the middle of a busy bar area. It was extremely loud and busy outside the front of the hotel, and definitely not what we were expecting. Our room was on the other side but we could still hear it at night.
The breakfast was disappointing. Every day we were there they ran out of a lot of the breakfast items (coffee, bread, pho) and took a really long time to replace them. It meant we had to leave hungry or sit there for more than an hour. There was only one member of staff helping at breakfast every day and he had to do everything.
We got some laundry done and one of the items was lost. I appreciate this may not have been the hotel's fault but they didn't seem to have a system for logging items in, so there was no record or receipt.
评价： In its day this would have been a spectacular hotel. Location is amazing though. A bit run down unfortunately and couldn’t wait to leave ☹️
优点： Nice staff and nice place in the middle of the old Hoi an city BUT be careful because it s very noisy place, very loud music and the feeling that you are sleeping IN a dance music club.
缺点： Too much noise. Extreme loud music. And we are usually not "picky" about that.

Natural feel, brilliant staff, extremely scenic! Just book it!
优点： Staff were very accommodating when we could only stay one of our planned 4 nights due to having to fly home early because of an emergency.
