评价： The room and bathroom are quite clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bed linens are fresh. The room is spacious. The bathroom is well-equipped with body wash and shampoo, and the Wi-Fi is strong. The staff is friendly. The two large Co.opmart supermarkets are about 2.5 km away, roughly a 5-minute taxi ride. These two large supermarkets offer a wide variety of products, including many traditional Vietnamese snacks at low prices, and there is a hamburger shop inside. The Co.opmart supermarket at Ngã Tư Chợ Đình also has a CGV cinema, restaurants, and a large California gym. Nearby, there is a traditional market and snack shops.

评价： As other guests have pointed out, the hot water is not hot. Had to wait for 3 min to get “warm” water. nnBut I am more disappointed with the extra cost I had to pay in the next morning. nnI called the reception desk at 11:50am to ask for a late checkout and nobody answered the phone. Therefore, I went back to sleep and check out at 14:35 pm and was being charged for 400,000 VND. I am ok with some late check out fee but didn’t expect the fee is equivalent to what I paid for the full day booking. nnThe receptionist in the night shift was more friendly and helpful.

评价： In general everything is very good. Nice staff, clean environment, but too bad the hot water for the bath wasn’t hot enough. But overall it’s great! Would like to stay again for my next trip here.

评价： It was the third time I stayed in New Hotel. It is really good one in terms of location, transportation (Grab or Taxi) and conditions. I booked high floor (5th), inside facilities are completed with spacious bed.
