优点： All facilities were available as mentioned
缺点： If they arrange a wooden show racks box to keep shoes outside the room and safe from raining.
优点： Nice and quiet area with lots of activities. Food was good. The fishing pond was pretty cool.
缺点： When I arrived, there was mosquitoes in my room. But the staff took care of it.

Reasons:
1. The manager's process of verifying the room booking through Agoda took too long.
It took nearly 25 minutes even though I presented the email with the confirmation ID from Agoda, and there were multiple checks. What is the problem here?
2. I informed them that I would only be staying for 6 hours because I had to catch a flight. They arranged for me a shabby, damp room. When the duration is reduced from 24 hours to only 6 hours, they should show goodwill.
