评价： I was unfortunately double-booked, and when I sought assistance from the hotel staff, I was repeatedly told that there was nothing they could do. I spoke with multiple staff members, all of whom redirected me to Agoda, stating they could only assist once they received formal communication from the booking platform. Despite Agoda confirming that they had contacted the hotel, the staff continued to deny receiving any such message. My follow-up email to the front desk manager went unanswered, leaving the issue unresolved.nnAdditionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable—the space had a strong odor resembling urine or sewage, and I had to keep the windows open to ventilate it. However, the noise from outside was excessive, making it extremely difficult to get any rest.

优点： Perfect location! We loved taking the bus during our stay in Seoul, and the hotel is very well connected to multiple bus lines—much better than taking the metro. Riding the bus allows you to actually see the city as you travel.rnrnWe stayed in one of the Corner Suites, which was very spacious—perfect for big suitcases and unpacking all your shopping.rnrnThe hotel staff were lovely, especially one of the staff members who helped us on several occasions and even gave me a breakfast coupon for my birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture!.

评价： I love how spacious our room was especially the bathroom, i have everything i need, but it took like 5-6 bus stop from myeongdong, but it close to anguk

评价： Stayed with my family with 2 teenage boys. Nice location and connectivity. Centarlly located. Breakfast is ok with limited options but manageable. Reception is helpful and cheerful. Will stay here next time also

评价： 정말 조용하고 좋은 숙소였어요. 전반적으로 청결하고, 방에 공기정화기가 있어서 좋았어요. 조명이 조금 어두웠지만 방에서 잠만 잤기 때문에 큰 문제는 아니었어요. 근처에 24시간 편의점도 있어서 편해요. 밤공 보고 천천히 걸어올 만한 거리였습니다. 다음에 또 묵으려고요.

优点： Public transportation was easily accessible and restaurants where within a short walk

评价： Clean rooms with excellent hot water and house keeping services. The breakfast was delicious, and the room size was fine. Wifi worked well and the location was convenient.

优点： Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The rooms were kept very clean and were looked after attentively. Decent enough room in the hotel plus a small gym and rooftop garden. Overall was very pleasant and good value for our stay.

优点： Super friendly stuff, great facilitiesnYou can see the royal palace from the roof top! It opens early so you can see the sunset and the sunrise :)
