Almost every employee is super super races, without feeling guilty and shy the employees generally showing very races are only motivated to serve western guests. This is totally true, almost every employee! I am Asian and have been in Vietnam for 14 years working in hospitality and understanding the Vietnamese language. 2 months ago I went to the bar in the lobby for a drink and I complained because the employees took too reces in serving the guests and I heard very clearly they talked to each other and said if translated into English: "Bloody Asian we are just happy to welcome western guests here". I called the supervisor and complained again and I said we paid the same as western guests, Please show us respect. In this hotel most of the employees treated you with a clear different attitude without feeling shy and guilty if you are Asian.

Last week my friend came to Hoi An and requested me to book this hotel. When I came to the lobby to check in, I came first and my friend checked in late, the staff asked me, Are you from Grab shipper? " They don't ask, "May we help you? When my Vietnamese friend came to lobby I saw the same, they don't smile at all but each time Western came to lobby so excited, it not not only smile but excited with almost western guests. during we stay, during we stay the employees attitude all the time very races and anywhere Excited with western guests. When we check out, the staff don't say anything such goodbye or thank to stay, just gave back the deposit money and one of the staff who standing beside me say nothing also and finished check out process she said nothing and suddenly 3 females guest got to lobby and she talked bit lout and excited to them. Even our last minute in the hotel showed employees' attitude with races.

评价： The woman at the check in was absolutely racist and not welcoming to us. She made us sit and wait after our tiring trip even though the room was available for check in.

评价： Literally everything I could ask for in Hostel. Great partying, and spacious, luxurious room, for a great price. The staff is very helpful, and they even let you borrow bikes.

评价： Lovely hotel with bar , nice breakfast, friendly staff. Pool looks beautiful and with grassy views. Perfect for the younger traveller as the evening tends to be a bit raucous.
