The hotel is quiet and has free laundry service, brekky is ala carte but it's like fine dining.

评价： I stayed at the Signature by M Village Đà Nẵng Heritage for 7 days (extended my original stay by 2 days) and had a really good experience. The hotel has just been newly renovated and used to be the old Thu Bồn Hotel (which locals might know). It’s a small building with just two floors, but it’s been completely renovated inside and outside, and they’ve done a great job keeping some of the charm of the original French-style villa while giving it a modern, elegant look.

The lobby and common areas are nicely decorated, and there’s a cozy lounge/open area upstairs that’s great for relaxing or getting some work done. The breakfast area is also very well-designed with thoughtful use of warm lighting that works even on the rainy, overcast days when I stayed here. One thing I noted was the free laundry area with washing machines—convenient if you’re staying a bit long like I did.

The rooms were clean and has the basics you’d expect. At my check in, the staff kindly offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room due to their new opening period, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff are young, friendly, and very helpful—they made sure all my requests were taken care of quickly.

The location is another highlight. It’s in a quieter area of Đà Nẵng, not too far from the big Administrative Center building, and the Bạch Đằng street's riverfront, which worked really well for me. There aren’t many hotels of this level around here, where I often have to come stay, so it’s a a really great addition to the area imo.

Small caveats: As noted by another reviewer, the hot water in rooms runs out a bit quickly. The noise insulation of the walls is just enough only, but to be expected as this is an old building. I'm sure the hotel has done/will do what it can to remedy. Again, not a deal breaker, just some small notes.

Overall, this is a lovely, small hotel that’s beautifully renovated. It’s minimalistic but with just enough nice touches to feel special/elevated. It’s brand new as of writing (just opened in late November 2024), so everything still feels fresh. I really liked my stay here and plan to come back next time I’m in Đà Nẵng. Key point: Definitely worth it in terms of value proposition, nothing quite like it in style especially at this price point, and in this part of town...

The experience of hearing the house’s story and learning about its diverse room options added a unique and personal touch to my visit. The location is perfect for accessing both business spots and local attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The breakfast served was also one of my favorites – fresh and delightful! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Da Nang.
