Canteen staffs are friendly and offered special help for my sick daughter.

优点： Great choice for our stay. We arrived from Hanoi and spend here 5 nights. We both got sick during our stay and this was and amazing place to recover. Location is great. Rooms were amazing, big, comfy, clean and quiet. We were on 19th floor and view was amazing. Bathroom big and clean.
Staff very friendly and professional, always ready to help.
Breakfast was rich with lots of choices and selections.
Overall we had very pleasant stay here.

评价： My stay was absolutely delightful. Not only did we get a high-floor (19th) where the night city view was beautiful, the king-sized bed with the spacious bathroom was truly incredible, and the hotel location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions too. I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Da Nang City Centre for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in the beautiful city of Da Nang. =)

评价： I booked the hotel as it has very excellent review under the name of Bay Capital. When it was renamed to Crowne Plaza, under IHG, I had even higher expectations. Unfortunately it did not live up to the IHG standard, perhaps due to it being in the process of change.

1. They did not have my booking. Found it after some search with Agoda booking reference. But the room type was ‘standard’ when I booked ‘deluxe’. Was informed it is the same room.

2. I booked the hotel with free mini bar, this was not honored as the mini bar was empty. I was given usd10 voucher which was a good alternative only after I pointed out my booking with free minibar. Alas it was fruitless, as this could not be used when I checked out because I did not inform the service staff when I ordered. And it took the front desk more than 10 Minutes to get that answer. They did not even have the 15% discount which was a benefit stated in the booking reference

3. Cleanliness overall was good in the hotel. Except the daily housekeeping was not as clean - basic change towels, clear rubbish bin, 2 bottles of water. No vacuum or washing of cups (on some days). Or maybe that’s the standard room cleaning. On one day, we even had to call for housekeeping to come clean the room.

Location was good. Staff tried to be helpful but clearly no empowerment to do anything. Bartender Mr Tu is a worth a mention for excellent service.

优点： I highly recommend the Bay Capital Hotel Da Nang to anyone visiting Da Nang. The hotel offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with exceptional service and a delicious breakfast buffet. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional. They were always friendly and helpful.

优点： This is a stunning new hotel in the business district of Da Nang. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and looked amazing. Mini bar was free. Stocked up once a day. Bathroom was great.. even had a rain shower. Breakfast was awesome.. a huge spread.. Great value for money. Will highly recommend this hotel.
