评价： The host was very nice, however we had a room without a window, which we didn’t like as we didn’t have any source of fresh air (only AC) and it felt like in cave. However I saw the other rooms were very nice and worth the money with breakfast included.

优点： We had a great short stay here. You're made to feel welcome and at home from the start. The homestay is in an ideal location close to the centre but tucked away to avoid the noise from it. The perfect accommodation for Hoi An!

评价： First of all, the owner spoke excellent english and really helpful. If you didn't already have plan to do there, they also provide it to you (with payment), you can just ask them to arrange it for you. Also, the location is veryyy near to the oldtown, i just walk while im there. The toilet and bed is also clean.

Our host was very welcoming and was very easy to communicate with. She even recommended places to eat
The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy.
Would definitely recommend Lavila Homestay for a great stay.

优点： The host is very friendly and helpful. She speaks well in English. She provides us with advice and helps us with the booking of transport and the purchasing of entrance tickets. Value for money.

评价： We enjoyed staying at Lavila homestay - owner Thuy (?) helped us with a smile and assisted in so many ways ...helping book tours, laundry and so much more...so just ask her :). We stayed at the 3rd floor and had 2 adjoining rooms being a family of 5. Breakfast is simple but just enough to start the day right. You're close enough with about 10 minutes brisk walking to the highly recommended Tuong Tailor and even closer (5-8 min.) to the nightly lantern and 20 min. boat ride on the small lake beside the old quarter. The only minor downside for me are that the room towels could be thicker - but you already get great value-for-money with the room rates, so it's just a suggestion.

优点： It’s was really close to the Old Quarter. The room was spacious. The owner was a really nice lady. Even her kids always greeted me nicely whenever they saw me. You had an option to choose from for breakfast, it was ok.

评价： The lady running the homestay is super helpful and friendly. You will instantly feel like home. 5mins walk to main attractions and overall best value for money.

优点： A wonderful property situated close to the old quarter bars and restaurants. The lady running it could not of been more friendly or helpful and was a pleasure to meet.

评价： If you are looking for luxury or are picky as a traveller, then do not bother. It is after all a homestay. But with wonderful service and an owner who genuinely care, I would say you should consider. She went out of her way to make recommendations, booking and even advise me on what I needed to make my stay more meaningful .
