评价： The king has fallen. It used to be a great hotel in Batam, but now kinda old and not well maintenance. For its price, better seek somewhere else. Not a terrible one, but imo not the best price point. I understood it used to be the king.

优点： Kenzi ur front desk staff is very welcoming and is always smiling.Room is already cold upon check in.Requests prior to arrival is met.

优点： The breakfast spread was nice.The staff ( Front desk and Restaurant ) is very friendly and always puts on a smile.Security is also friendly and helpful in carrying our luggage.Room is clean.
缺点： Water Heats Up Very Slow when taking a bath.Toilet Floor Trap slow drainage..The first two stays room was already cold when checked in.Our recent stay room was not cold when checked in despite informing our ferry arrival time.

优点： The staff from front office to the breakfast staff to the security was great and helpful.nnFelt warm while i was there nnBreakfast was great. Different breakfast daily.nnOn top of that, they do have rabbit pets at the drive way area which makes it special.
缺点： The noise from the nearby cafe was too loud till 2am which disrupt my sleep

优点： Lousy Breakfast, there was no refil. Should have varieties in Breakfast since you guys have rated 4 stars in online booking
缺点： Room service was only available till 11pm, I needed water so I called desk, I was told to buy water via grab or gojek. Also on check out day they told me that they don’t serve water since we were checking out. Also in room I found cockroaches.
