评价： I stay for transit to airport decent hotel
优点： Location

评价： First of all, the location is GOOD for solo traveller, it's located near to shoplot with plenty of cafeteria and a food court beneath the hotel. About 5 - 8 mins to Batam Centre Ferrry Terminal.nnThe tidiness of room is terrible, the room has cockroaches. And, the water heater is malfunction during my stays.nnBTW, if you need wifi to work, the wifi of this hotel is not stable too.
优点： location is good
缺点： breakfast, troublesomenand the internet really need a serious improvement
优点： Near food court, so no worries for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also there is 24 hours convenient store.
缺点： There is an exhaust fan inside the room, which is noisy, and we cannot turn off the fan. Building management shall put the switch to turn off the exhaust fan, so the guest can have good sleep. It is not common to have exhaust fan on the room, as normally it is installed at the toilet, not in the bedroom.
评价： Sheets are dirty. Towels looked like they were used to wipe toilet floors. Stinking bathroom. Bad stench from the bathroom. Not the cheapest and really far from everything else: why are they still around?
