缺点： No new and not clean

缺点： Arrived on april 8th, got a room on the 7th floor, checked in. Two room cards didn't work. Went back down to the lobby, the reception reset the cards still didn't work. nWent back down again, they reset it again, still didn't work. 3rd try, they said they were going to send a technician. Problem solved. The toilet sit was shit. It moved around and when I tried to close it, some plastic tiles just fell on the floor.nnThe next day I was outside the whole day, came back after 10pm, the room cards didn't work again. Repeated the process 2more times. nAt 11pm something, I asked the reception if I could do a late check out and how much it would cost. They say 50% of the room rate. Deal, paid.nn10.April I supposedly have time until 5pm because of the paid late check out. Got a call at 11am that we should move room to the 1st floor in the next 5-10min. because they were going to change the carpet in the corridor so they would close the floor for the time being. WTF dude, nobody cared to tell me before I requested late co. After a heated argument, I said I didn't want to move if there was no compensation. And if there was, I want to get it right away or formally writte. They said fine, I could stay in that room until 5pm. It was 11am. 1 hour later, got another call and they were trying to compensate me with shuttle to airport. I said I am not going to airport after co. Then they decided to give back the fee for the late co. nFinally caved in, l moved to 1st floor. It was 12pm. nAround 2 hours later, they conveniently started doing some kind of renovation work in the room beside mine. They drilled the wall, all the noices from equipment, I can hear them all, even right now. Way to go Ibis, way to go. NOT RECOMMENDED especially having after a long flight.

缺点： Shuttle bus route from terminal 1, 2 until 3. The must be beginning from T3 first because money departure from T3

缺点： Nothing. Hotel very cleaned & well-maintained. Great!!!

缺点： Was dirty. Sheets stained. A lot of the room was dirty. We chose breakfast included. Wasn't any fruit even though there was a sign for fruit.nWas a very disappointing stay.nWe have been traveling SEA for 2 months and we felt this was one of the worst stays we picked for the cost.

缺点： door is broken, can not lock from inside. room dirty, elevetor has cigarette smell, walls and carpet all dirty.

缺点： Thanks for you people,rnbut issue that we dont know what type of power adopter has provided in your room, i came from Dubai but finally i have suffered lot that i could not get the three-square pin charger I have enquire about it in your reception but i realized that just useless to ask you receptionistrnPlease provide th adopter based on the requirmeents

缺点： Small rooms and congested space

缺点： The room smelled like a sewer, dirty shower, room and carpets in the hall.
