美憬阁河内歌剧院酒店 (Hotel de l'Opera Hanoi - Mgallery)

评价： Very clean and nice

优点： good location and staff

评价： the hotel has its best location
price is reasonable

评价： Hotel is nice, quiet, and clean. No bidet in the room toilet. Great location, beside Trang Tien Plaza luxury mall, easily walkable to Hoan Kiem lake.

优点： Felt like home, amazing service thank you

评价： Stayed here for our anniversary trip to Hanoi. The hotel location is great, we stayed in a King Deluxe non-smoking room which was ok. Deco is a bit outdated and the room comes with a very small TV. The complimentary coffee was a bit poor as well for an Mgallery hotel. Overall the stay here was fine, plus point is definitely the location. You can smell smoke in the common areas but that will be the case for most hotels here, since smoking is still allowed in public areas. If I was a smoker, I would love it here.

优点： The best reception team! We felt at home everytime they where so nice and made our trip felt so smooth especially with the kids. Thanks to them

评价： This place is perfect for romance and pleasant memories. Everything you want to see and do is within walking distance. This is a lovely replacement for the previous Hilton Opera Hanoi.

优点： The room was larger than expected and facilities well-designed and more luxurious than we expected. The curtain separating the bathroom and bedroom was cleverly designed, and the windows opening out into the courtyard was a nice touch. In addition, the location near the Opera square was particularly well located within the French Quarter.

评价： My partner and I have just stayed for three nights at Hotel de L’Opera. It’s very centrally located in just a few minutes walk to the lake. Facilities are good, for an upscale city centre hotel, with a decent restaurant and bar, small pool and gym and a spa. The decor may not be to everyone’s taste. At first I thought it over designed and a little like staying in a film set, but I it to like it. What sets the hotel apart is that it is quiet and well run and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. And enjoyable stay.

优点： Very well located in the lovely French quarter
Short walk via nice shops to the lake and on to old Quarter from there
Room very large
Good shower and bath
Beds are very high but very comfy
Breakfast is tasty and plentiful
Very clean
Its pleasant
I wouldn't say it's fancy fancy but it's a nice hotel

评价： It's a lovely place in the French Quarter. Close to nice restaurants but the restaurant at the hotel was great too. Overall a great place to stay!

优点： A 5-star experience. Truely a nice hotel. Room was spacious with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Staff was nice and super helpful. Food was amazing. Would recommend.

评价： Attentive and professional staff. Clean hotel in great location.

优点： Cleanliness and location

评价： Amazing

优点： Everything

评价： Overall excellent experience for my stay.

优点： I was most impressed by a staff when I sat at the cafe telling him I needed not to order anything, just to sit there for a while. He replied “please feel free to relax , this is your home”.
