优点： Good, service is the best

评价： Amazing location almost 10 to 15 minutes walking to old quarter , near hanoi main train station , helpful staff ,

优点： good bell and location

评价： Omg, such a terrible experience! I cannot understand such a high rate here.
Super dirty, no window, everything is in so bad condition, the bath rug never seen a washing machine. Spiders webs and hairs around 🤢
The receptionist didn’t give us a change back.

优点： This hotel is well located near train street and the hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. We got a free room upgrade to a balcony room which, whilst still not being up to standard, was an improvement on the original room we booked.

评价： Short hot water supply, cannot turn on vents, no tv or fridge, overall a clean room for a quick stay but not a place you want to spend much time in

优点： Staff were very friendly and accommodating, even late me extend my check out for no extra charge. Also upgraded my room for free. It’s as it shown in the photos clean bedding and fresh towel!

评价： The male receptionist is cheerful and enthusiastic, the hotel is close to many dining places, however, the wifi in the hotel is unstable.
