评价： Comparing to it's price its best. It's actually a homestay. But it was so nice. The rooms were well spacious and beautiful. It has all the facilities you need. The owner was very helpful and gentle. Definitely recommended.

评价： Hotel Royal Villa lokasi sekitar 1Km dari old town Hoi An, jadi perlu jalan 12 menit jika mau ke old town. Tempat tenang, loby kecil di lantai bawah, lantai 2 hanya ada 3 kamar. Tempat bersih, pelayanan ramah, datang jam 1.10 siang sudah bisa check in. Harga per malam 190K tanpa breakfast, pesan melalui Agoda.

Perlu di ingat, hotel ini tanpa lift, jadi hanya ada tangga manual. Kamar mandi nyaman ada air panas lancar, AC dingin, tempat tidur nyaman. Sayang ada kulkas tapi gak bisa dibyalakan. TV 32 inch juga hanya bisa jadi pajangan saja. Air disediakan, jika kurang beli yang 500mL harga 10K, dan yang besar 1.5L harga 20K. Overall cukup nyaman untuk bermalam di sini, apalagi hanyas sekedar tidur saja.

优点： Family owned accommodation that was perfect location for us in Hoi An. 10 min walk to old town and lots of food options around. The beach was also an easy grab drive away. The staff were accommodating and we booked a reasonably priced day trip to My Son and transport to Da Nang through them.

评价： Nice room and tea and coffee facilities just ashame I had a leak in the roof and had to sleep on one side of the bed

评价： The receptionist is so accommodating. I like that they have bikes to rent. The place is very near in the Ancient Town. We had a great time.

评价： I had a great time here while staying in Hoi An. The location was great and the staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. Room was very comfy and had many good amenities.

优点： We had a lovely stay here. Location is excellent and the people are absolutely lovely. They also have free bicycles to use.

评价： This guest house is like a homestay, so there is no elevator. The room is clean and well-equipped, but the refrigerator is not working, the dryer is broken, and the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the entire room. The hotel offers free bicycle rentals and is about 1km from the old town. I feel that the price of nearly 400k per night is not quite justified. The hotel needs to improve the facilities in the room.

优点： The staff were very friendly. They arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport which was cheap and on time. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The aircon worked well. There was YouTube on the TV which was great for researching my next destination. Tea and coffee in the room. The property is a 10 minute walk from town this meant it was quieter at night. No complaints from me 😊

优点： The staff were so inviting and very helpful at all hours! They even offer a laundry service which we used for a very good price! would 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Hoi An as it’s very close to the centre! If I ever visit Hoi An again, I would return to this property!
