评价： Was our Honeymoon. I Paid IN FULL, In Advance. Booking was on Agoda. Previous owner sold place to someone else and the facility was closed for renovations. Wound up having to go down the road and stay at the previous owners other hotel since we had already paid in full through Agoda. The other place wasn’t what we wanted but we didn’t want to run around looking for another place to stay. This place is NOT open for Buisness. DO NOT BOOK Here!

评价： We found blood on bed sheet.m, Stan spots in pillow case. Very simple room for temporary stay over night. Good location walking distance to everything. There are no check in staffs when we arrived at 7pm. No bell man helping for luggage. Will not recommend

评价： Hotel located in the center of the old town of Hoi An, spacious and clean rooms, equipped with amenities... Very suitable for family travel and young children.

评价： My friends and I stayed here for five nights. The hotel is small (maybe 25 rooms or so). Rooms are decent size, bed is ratger comfortable, bathroom is big (with a big shower). The furnishings and decor are nice but very worn. I could imagine this place a 4 star hotel when it opened. It definitely could use some TLC and a good cleaning. We loved the location (a short five minute walk to the entrance to Old Town) with lots of neighborhood cafes, massage parlors, and convenience stores just outside the front door. The hotel reception leaves in the early evening and then security is in charge of letting people in. We felt bad that whenever we came in at night past 10pm we had to wake the security guard up to get in and give us our room key. For a cheap and convenient place to say to explore Hoi An, this was sufficient.

评价： We only stayed one night but, our room was not used before and we were able to do wary checkin. The staff was amazing, gave tips on best local food and what to look for on the market. Also just walking distance from old town. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Hoi An!

评价： Calla Villa Hoi An is a very convenient accommodation located in the center of Hoi An, just a 7-minute walk (600m) from the Japanese Covered Bridge, offering a feel that is modern and comfortable, yet still warm, private, and free.

评价： The location is great. Just walk 50-100m to the night market. Pool is lovely but not too large. The facility is quite "indochine style", not like modern style. Light is quite dark. But overrall my family love it
