优点： Great locations, amazing breakfast, great hospitality, and the free bikes available for the rice paddies. Also the rooftop bar for Tet fireworks was amazing.

优点： Location facing the river and 10 minutes walk from the old town.
Breakfast variety and tables on the river terrace.
Check in and check out smooth and professional.
Mattress and towels were good.

优点： Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to Old Town and by the river. Great breakfast options! A couple of good bars (although there was harldy anyone there when we went). Great customer service, very helpful!

优点： Hotel is in a great location. The deluxe king room was spacious with a huge bed and a lovely balcony.

优点： Everything! Location was prime - walking distance but not in the middle of busy center of Hoi An. Breakfast was the highlight, bed was super comfy, and sunset by the pool was the cherry on top!

评价： Coming from California, we are very please upon arriving to Royal Hotel Hội An. The hotel is well located within walking or biking distance to the old town, the night market, and the local market.
At the reception we were warmly greeted by Operation Manager Ms. Uyên Nguyen who patiently and courteously explained all activities around Hội An and the amenities offered by the hotel. On my watch Ms.Uyên deserves a 5 star ratings. Other staff are also very helpful and friendly helping with the luggage and bicycle. We want to thank Ms. Trâm and Mr. Tuệ for their excellent service.
We had dinner at both restaurants in the hotel and we felt so spoiled with the service here. We want to thank Ms. Dung and Trà and all the staff there. At the Japanese restaurant we had a complimentary Ice cream with a secret soy sauce created by Chef and Manager Mr. Lộc. This was a delicious treat and unique desert found only here at this place. Everyone should try this signature delight before leaving Hội An.
We also want to thank the Breakfast operation manager Ms Vy for introducing us to the Salted coffee (cafe muối) a Vietnamese gourmet coffee. If you need to know anything about places to go or taste local food, you should talk to her. She can be your local tour guide.
Everyone we met and talked to, deserve a 5 star ratings. Highly recommend Royal Hotel Hội An!

优点： I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Hoi An - Gallery. Everything was perfect, even the smallest details. I sincerely thank the staff team, especially Ms. Kieu from Reservations, for always being so attentive and enthusiastic. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon!

评价： This is our second stay and would continue to return every visit. The rooms are spacious , good WiFi, and come with small nice touches like welcome food, and chocolates at turn down. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Great location to walk into the old town, night market, just slightly outside the hustle with a lovely view of the river. Excellent breakfast. Only disappointment is that the hotel is no longer a member of Accor.

优点： Wow- what a hotel!! 2 amazing pools, the biggest breakfast choice we have ever seen, the comfiest and biggest bed we have slept on too! Fast wifi, fantastic service, great shower and bath. We LOVED our stay here and would recommend to everyone - the room service is exceptional too

评价： This is the hotel to book if you prefer less noise which is common at the riverside where all the shopping and bars are. A slow 10min walk will bring you to the town and river area.

评价： Gut gelegenes Hotel mit französischem Luxuscharm. Grosse Deluxezimmer mit Balkon und Sicht zu Fluss und Meer. Schöne Rooftopbar mit grossem Pool. Zweiter Aussenpool. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer immer noch gut in Schuss.
