优点： My wife and I have stayed at Hill House for our past 5 trip, which would clearly indicate that we really enjoy the hotel. While the hill leading up to it is a little steep and the beds are a bit hard we like the location - close to N Seoul Tower, Myeongdong and Namdaemun - the value for money, and the friends we have made here. Rooms are clean, bathrooms spacious and a free breakfast is included.
缺点： Found it hard to get hot water right in the shower.nReally like fried eggs for breakfast. Why the change to boiled??
优点： Nothing.
缺点： The front desk staff was not helpful. We asked whether we could check in early and where we could get a bottle of drink. The staff answered flatly no and directed us to the nearest 7-eleven. He could have given a bottle of mineral water at the lobby. There was a bath tub but can't use as bath tub. The bed was too hard. The lighting was noisy, disruptive to sleep.

优点： Hill House is one of our favourite places to stay. Yes, the hotel is at the top of a laneway that is a bit steep. No, it hasn't got world-class views. But what it does have is 'location'! It's close to N Seoul Tower, Hoehyeon station, Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong. If you like walking it takes only about 20 minutes to walk to Deoksugung Palace or City Hall (or you can catch a taxi from the bottom of the lane). Breakfast is provided - basic but a bonus when you only pay $80-$90 for your room. This is our fifth visit - but we'll be back!
缺点： Beds are a little hard.
优点： Well situated. Near Metro station and quiet. Very friendly staff.
缺点： Not that easy to find the first time. Quality of Coffee could be better.
评价： the aircon wasn't getting cold and we got no support from the staff because there is no staff! And if there was any staff at the concierge they don't speak English, communication is horrible!nnthis is a Chinese mainland funded hotel

缺点： The staff was rude. The staff at the small restaurant should ask politely the guest who had finished meal to leave in order for new comer to fill in.

优点： The hotel is near to subway station and close to city attraction. Hotel room was clean and well equipped.
缺点： The breakfast was awful. There was only bread and jam for eat. What was stressful there was woman who prepared sandwiches and controled how many you took and if you wanted to take more than two she had a stupid comments about the guests weight this was really unprofesional behavior.
优点： great position, rooms spotlessly clean. a/c works well.
缺点： beds are very hard and no shower curtain on bath shower, very messy when having a shower.
