Điểm trừ: I booked a bigger room with a balcony but the owner never gave me that. She gave me a very small room with 1 small window. She told me its booking.com’s fault and not her.

The room was not cleaned when i arrived at 3:30pm. Checkin time is 2:00pm. I had to wait 2 more hours before i could checkin. I work and travel and this caused me to miss 2 meetings because of the unprofessional owner. They didnt even give me water bottles or toiletry or even a glass and kettle. Worst stay in Vietnam

The owner also said she dosent care because i stayed only 1 night. cheating people. Will never stay in this sh*ty hotel ever again. Wont recommened to anyone.

Điểm trừ: We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The refrigerator was covered in mold and had a terrible, musty smell, making it unusable. After 10 PM, all the entrances are locked, and you can only get in or out by waking the host. There was also a lot of noise from the market below our windows when they were packing up and leaving.

Điểm trừ: The staff does not know a word in English or how to use the Visa machine (so we had to pay in cash). Also when you step in the shower water comes from underneath the tiles 🤨

Điểm trừ: Photos were a bit misleading. I expected with a kitchen based on the photos, but it was just the Queen room. Could be more clear in the description.
