绿色花园之家 (Green Garden House)

评价： טרין הבעלים והמנהלת של הבית קיבלה אותי גם באמצע הלילה בצורה הכי נעימה שאפשר, היא ובעלה דאגו שיהיה לי נעים לאורך כל השהות, אפשרו לי לקחת מים כשרציתי, עזרו בכל שאלה והיו אדיבים מאוד!
החדר קטן וחמוד, לא צריך יותר מזה. מאוד נקי, יש מים חמים שלא נגמרים אף פעם (חריג לויאטנם!), נשארתי במשך שבוע וקצת וניקו והחליפו לי מגבות כמה פעמים גם כשלא ביקשתי. בהחלט ממליצה!

优点： Beautiful little oasis in the back streets, lovely, clean, quiet room with everything you need and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn't speak more highly!

The pancake breakfast was amazing!

Really lovely host family, trying everything to make you feel good and enjoy your stay. They helped us with a good massage place for example.

Also the lady of the family does tailoring, because we are on a long travel, we didn’t do it, but we heard great stories about it.

Ac is good, even a television in the room (only no HDMI) wifi is working fine.

优点： The hosts are amazing and this what I loved the most. The woman is a tailor and she created a fabulous dress and a blazer for me. She helped me decide what I want and design things, took me to the store to choose a fabric, guided me through the process…and the price was way better than in the city centre and it’s super convenient for fittings to be happen at the accommodation. And then she even made a matching tie for my boyfriend, for free.
They picked me up from the bus station for free, they offer a super nice breakfast, give you advice what to do, I rented a bike, they organised a tour for me to My Son sanctionary and a transfer to Da Nang.
The location is just at the edge of the old quarter, couple, so you’re not in the noise, the room is simple but nice and with a lovely balcony.

评价： Highly recommend staying here. The place is very centrally located but more importantly this beautiful family is super friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to assist you and accommodate you. We were contacted by them as soon as we booked they asked if we needed to be picked up from anywhere. We arrived in Hoi An at 4am and they gave us two rooms for us and our children to rest until our family room was available. They also assisted us with our laundry, offered activities and even helped us out with our onward travel to Da Nang. I definitely recommend staying with this beautiful family.

优点： We loved staying here. The family who run it are so lovely, friendly and helpful. They really made our stay special. Trinh was so helpful with tours and transport and she is a tailor and made us some really lovely clothes at better rates than we were quoted in town. The breakfasts were really good too. My boys especially enjoyed the banana pancakes. The location is perfect. A short walk from all the action. There are some great places to eat nearby and I did a coffee making class just a block away that was so much fun. I would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hoi An.

优点： This is the place to stay in Hoi An! Absolutely beautiful host family that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room is comfortabl, hot shower, air-conditioning and in a quiet area. What more could you want!

优点： Great value for money and central location. Trinh was lovely as was her family, and breakfasts were delicious, especially the banana pancakes! She organised scooter and airport transfers for us so made it all really easy :)

However, the bedsheets and blanket are dirty even we have asked for a change for a new bedsheet and blanket, but still dirty and have lizards defecate.

Owner is nice will provide cold or normal temperature bottled drinking water and hot water. However, he insisted us to provide our passport photo to proof that we are the travelers staying in his house. We denied his request as passport photo indeed is a PDPA and sensitive information, but he insisted us to provide us at least 2 copies of passport photo. We have no choice to provide him. Hope that he will not use our passport photo to do illegal things.

评价： We stayed for a few days at the green garden house and we loved it. The host family was super nice and welcoming! On our first night we had a problem with the AC, but when we told them, they imediatly fixed it. They also had perfect timing with a cold refreshing water, they helped us book a sleeper bus and we had some amazing tailor clothing made. Could not recommed this stay more! It is in the quieter part of Hoi An, which we really liked. Thank you so much ❤️

优点： The location is within 500m from the old town and so very accessible. Our room had 3 double beds in a large room with a clean bathroom. Our family had a great time walking around the old streets with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The place is quiet and peaceful, room was clean and our host was great! She even booked our bus to Ninh Binh at a good rate compared to what we would have got as tourists! Would recommend for a family stay in Hoi An.

评价： One of my favorite stays during my year long travels. Clean room, comfortable bed, amazing location, and the hosts are so incredibly nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Helped us book a good tour.
We were able to check in early (7.30 am- ish) to our room with no extra cost which was brilliant after traveling by overnight bus.
