评价： Breakfast many choices, many different salad, and delicious.
Walking distance to the old town. Good service and helpful to carry luggage, booking the car with better price than bgrab.

优点： The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Loads of ideas and tips. Even packed us an early breakfast. Very impressive. Lovely rooms and very wide choice for breakfast. Free bike was a great add on. Location was absolutely excellent - just over the road from the pedestrianised night market.

评价： Location of the hotel is a short walk from tourist attraction which is good for us. Front desk team is very helpful. Room is good size. Geat spread of food for buffet breakfast. The only thing is the shower door doesn't keep the water inside shower, so the floor is all wet after shower, which is not great. Would recommend for those visiting Hoian.

评价： We thank you the Hotel for providing us a birthday cake and this is really nice especially in a host country. Hotel facility is good. Breakfast is great. Staff is excellent especially Ms Loan. She is patient and check with us for anything we need. A short 10 mins walk to busy old town provides us with peaceful rest when we back to hotel. Thank you all staff at La Charm.

1. Disrespecting Guest Requests: While traveling with a wheelchair user, we explicitly requested that the staff not push the wheelchair. This request was ignored, and staff insisted on pushing, causing discomfort and failing to respect the guest’s autonomy.
2. Pricing Error and Mismanagement: At the front desk, there was a pricing discrepancy. The staff initially insisted their calculation was correct, leading to unnecessary tension. Although I later received clarification regarding an undercharge, the initial handling reflected a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.
3. Insufficient Guest Support: When I requested an additional room key for my wheelchair-using companion, I was told to retrieve it myself, despite explaining the situation. This response suggests poor operating procedures and a lack of guest-centric service.
4. Uncomfortable Resolution Tactics: Upon hearing that I might leave a lower review, the staff offered to waive a fee. While this gesture may seem accommodating, it gave the impression that immediate reviews were prioritized over addressing systemic service issues, which felt unprofessional.

While I recognize the efforts of individual staff members, these operational inefficiencies and lack of guest-centered protocols greatly undermined what could have been a positive experience.

评价： For a hotel this size, I consider it to be very outstanding. The breakfast was good and the front desk staff especially Ms Uyen and Ms Huong did an excellent job to ensure our stay was lovely.

优点： Hotel is in a great location right near the Hoi An old town. The hotel itself is traditionally styled with charming, old world decor and furnishings. It is not "modern" in appearance but has modern facilities and the rooms are clean, airy and spacious.

The staff are excellent, professional and very knowledgeable, with a huge amount of local and inside knowledge of tours and things to see (and they will help you book everything through the hotel, so you don't get ripped off by roadside tour operators). They were also able to get us onto tours/activities on short notice (ie, booked in the evening for an early morning start the following day), or that were sold out through other vendors.

The Spa, and their staff, are also very good and the services are very affordable.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay - especially for the price, and would definitely consider staying there again.
