评价： I stayed here for 4 days.nStaff do not smile easily. They just serve as thought they are unhappy to work. Need some coaching on front office and customer service. May be the hotel is too frequent by travellers, they don't bother for repeat customers.

优点： A very big, clean and cold for the executive room, nice breakfast, very good location, near from center of the city, very good value in medan city center.. overall satisfied.

评价： I booked 2 rooms here and both the rooms the phone is not working and it was hard to reach the front desk / house keeping and to order from their restaurant.. I had to walk down from my room to the front desk to seek any one of the mention services.. We you order any tea/juices it takes more than an hour to arrive.. The room has some wear and tear like chipped Furniture, bathroom water sprinklers need changing.. Other than that all was good

评价： Hotel need to see room 437, water pressure seen like have issue, as sudden water become dark , out from know where,, the room service only tidy the room not change the bedsheet, when first day check in have hair , maybe from before guess, the bedsheet a bit smelly, food for breakfast so far okey,, we stay for 3 days with breakfast , but the staff only give us ticket breakfast only for one day, we need to ask for the other days,,, we request for the iron, we they provide but the iron seen like you will burn your shirt.
