巴厘巴板大贾特拉酒店 (Grand Jatra Hotel Balikpapan)

缺点： The hotel is very basic and out dated. Does not look like the pictures anymore

缺点： Hard beds need changing

缺点： The food wasn’t the best

缺点： Bed in the rooms need to better. It's very low, and the condition of the mattress has detoriated .

缺点： it is not a 5 star hotel standard. Room is big but not clean, floor was not cleaned, dusts everywhere, and the bedsheet was not changed, it was damp and I can see spots of drooling in there. I checked in late and had to ask for the bedsheet to be changed in front of me to make sure they actually change it not just tidying it up. there are only 2 body towels in the bathroom, 1 small shampoo and 1 small body wash. no amenities other than those two. no hairdryer, minibar was locked. hotels appearance is like a rundown hotel. I saw worker painting the wall in the hallway of the 7th floor. buffet food was not and do not taste good at all. this hotel should not be a 5 star hotel.
