评价： air panasnya kurang panas, menu sarapan kurang varian, dimana mana kalau telur 1/2 matang dan omelet itu telurnya 2, bukan hanya 1
优点： Location is on the city center
缺点： Smell of the cigarettes. The lobby and lift area are stank. The bed makes crank noises and pillow is flat

缺点： i want a non smoking room but actually i got smoking room... i hate smoking room
评价： Overall semuanya baik dan bagus. Recommended buat nginap di sini, cumannya agak jauh jalan kaki ke depan kalau naik maxim atau gojek grab yg pakai motor. Staf nya ramah dan friendly. Makanannya enak dan beragam.
优点： The breakfast was good and the staff is very welcoming and helpful
缺点： The hygiene of the hotel is the main concern. The towel wasn’t always clean (I stayed for 7 days). Some are smelly with stain. The toilet wasn’t clean as well, especially the bath area, the floor was slippery. Furthermore, I saw cockroaches in the room ☹️nnAlso, the room lighting was too dim for all of us (we booked 3 rooms). Not suitable for working trip, where we need to work on laptops.

优点： I HAD TROUBLE TO FIND A TABLE KNIFE AT BREAKFAST. THE SHEETS ARE TOO SMALL FOR THE SIZE OF THE BED.

评价： Overall the service by hotel staffs is excellent. They immediately serve when we ask. The room also spacey & comfy for us. Would recommend to other people!
评价： Gambar kamar yang ditampilkan dan yang aslinya gak sesuai, jadi nanti pas cekin kudu upgrade lagi,, terus entah kenapa ya tiap mau ke swissbell klo mau extend pasti selalu disuru pindah kamar padahal model kamarnya sama… overall cukup nyaman tapi disana dan breakfastnya bervariatif
