优点： The location & cleaning, staff
缺点： Food in club is not good for Muslim peoples ، because the food is not diverse

优点： Very clean and high standard as usual
缺点： The location is close to the palace, but far from other common shopping attractions, high end shopping strip or medical centers.
优点： What can I say? It’s the four seasons. We booked to reward ourselves at the tail end of a S Korea trip. Everything from the service, to the clean rooms, the glorious shower and bathtub, and comfy beds, it was all impeccable!! A little of a splurge but absolutely no regrets. Also very centrally located, and short walk to the subway station.

优点： We enjoyed the restaurants. The gym, as well as the general atmosphere and room, was complete.
缺点： Concierge service, for four seasons, was a disaster. The reception staff was not lovely, cold and poorly trained to deal with customers.

优点： I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately, our 11-year-old son caught a severe cold. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful. A kind young lady from the reception accompanied us to the pharmacy and helped us get the necessary medication. Additionally, the hotel provided free transportation so we could visit a doctor. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude once again to the Four Seasons hotel and its amazing team.

优点： The reception is very respectful. rnThe room was clean, tidy and convenient. rnBig wardrobe in the room. rnAll dishes in the room were clean.rnGreat system of in-room dining where you make order via an iPad installed in the room. Also very quick.rnAll meals are very delicious. rnThe location is also very nice.rnPlease keep up the great work!
缺点： At the reception during the check-in procedure they ask for a CREDIT card. For some reason the debit card is not good enough. I am not obliged to own a credit card.
评价： Simply the best hotel in Seoul
优点： Excellent staff, the restaurants in the hotel were great. We stay at Four Seasons for sure when we visit Korea again.
