评价： This hotel employee liad he is a manager and has no manner, kicked the customer out of the room by taking the room key card from the installation.
优点： The view and the location
评价： It’s a great place that’s well connected, within walking distance to the famous DDP, it’s shopping district, the must-visit Kwangjang Market & also just across the train station.
优点： The location of this property is good. It is close the public transportation and walking distance to the DDP.
缺点： The room we stayed in was extremely dirty. It appeared to have not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Excessive mildew and soap scum on the tiles and dust throughout the room. There was hair in our bed from from past guests. It was impossible to feel comfortable.
优点： The room was spacious, views were nice. Staff was friendly.
缺点： Lobby had no sitting/ waiting area.
优点： cleanliness
缺点： staff were not helpful, we booked 2 rooms for four nights, at the first night our schedule changed and we asked to cancel the 4th night and they refused
优点： location, worth of price
缺点： i’m staying in this hotel for 2-3 and 3-5 nights, but doesn’t give water every day, so have to get your own water for the morning , asked to clean up the room, but didn’t leave hotel tooth brush
优点： the location is good
缺点： the bathroom is kinda disgusting… the water will leak on the floor while showering, and the wall and floor are dirty…(it should be white but it’s yellow…)nnalso. the front desk service is unstable, some are friendly and helpful, some are cold & bad at English
评价： Room was nice but there was a foul smell on the corridor when I got to my room on the first day. Staff was relatively helpful but not always there. nnOverall a pleasant stay and the hotel is good value for money
优点： I liked that the hotel is very close to the metro station and to many restaurants and shops. The staff doesn’t speak English very well but anyway they did their best to help us and we appreciate the effort.
缺点： The rooms are extremely small. We struggle to open our luggages. rnThe bathroom in certain room is “open” bath. That means that there is not bathroom in the room. Just a bath. So there is no privacy when you shower. Also the WC is separated by the room only by a glass wall. rnrnIn the morning and late evening the hotel is very noisy. You can literally hear everything happened in the next rooms or in the hallway.
评价： Place is near the airport bus stop, metro station (dongdaemun exit 5), and with situated convenience stores nearby. It is also quiet so you can have a restful vacation while staying in it. I loved the bed and the bath tub. There are no usual toiletries though (toothbrush, razor, toothpaste) which is totally okay. So just bring your brushes. I would definitely recommend this place 👍🏼
