The price is high when on public holiday.nStill decorating. actually looks doesn’t look like functional, light keeps flashing, ceiling was not well covered, decorated chores / rocks are everywhere, we almost got hurt.nPoor elevator response, close very fastnNot enough hanger, have to run out of bathroom to pick up clothes, not user friendlynWe have been arranged to another room. First room is toilet and shower place are same place, big enough while another one is two small corset size. nInsufficient accessory to support, overall purchasing those supply that is good enough to upgrade another stars of hotel
优点： I liked the cooperation of all the staff, specially all the teams around reception where amazing. Very Cooperative, fraindly.
缺点： The only thing is the hotel is fully surrounded by big buildings and no views.

优点： Owner. Very Beautiful,Professional,Kind,Understanding and Helpful. Employees were doing their Best.
缺点： They’ll be doing Renovation(which is needed). No Room Service-Restaurant-Coffee Shop(I believe they’ll Reopen Restaurant) which has been Closed during/after Corona.
优点： Room size was good
缺点： Bathroom very poorly designed - unable to keep floor dry shower ran under glass panes - slippery and bad - toilet floor always very wet- soap and shampoo veryyyy small - bring your own - Only gives one hotel room key which is frustrating

评价： The double suite was quite big and had a huge bath tub. I do think it was slightly overpriced, the rooms don’t have a nice view. Overall, it was a great stay.
优点： The staff were amazing! Check in was a breeze and the staff helped us with our luggage even outside of the hotel when we arrived. They also helped us when we checked out and even called a jumbo taxi for us to go to the airport . The room is very spacious and they provide a great array of toiletries.
缺点： It would be nice if they had more outlets and USB ports for us to use especially for the foreigners that don't have the appropriate adapters. Gangnam area is also not as much of a walkable city so be prepared to commute.
