评价： The staff is enthusiastic, and I am very satisfied.

优点： lovely rooms. spacious with balcony . comfortable beds.

评价： Many mosquitoes in room as room was left open before check-in.
Had the ground floor room G01, just behind reception area, with no window.

Spacious room that came with a mini pantry/kitchenette area. Not very clean, somewhat dusty upon check-in. Has lots of cobweb on the wall & ceiling. However, cleaning was ok for subsequent days' housekeeping.

Mattress is the hard type but comfortable for me.

Many channels on tv with good signal.
Wifi in room was also good.

The shower area is not partitioned so the basin area gets wet after shower. Water pressure is good though. Would be good if shower area has shelf to put stuff.

Located in district 7, a quieter & less chaotic area compared with D1. It's about 8km to Ben Thanh area, around 20 mins Grab ride away. The surrounding area has many Korean eateries & mini marts, as well as local items.

评价： The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly, easy to talk to and was very prompt. The room is spacious and clean except for the slight smell of cigarettes. I'm sure they would have addressed it if I had mentioned it. The place is so conveniently located. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and convenience store around, even open past midnight. The bus stop is a few hundred meters away. Safe and quiet area. Good lighting, good view. I would book again if back in town.

评价： I only stayed a couple of nights for a work trip. The facilities and room are good, nice bed etc. It's a little bit noisy. (hearing other guests and doors slamming) Good places to eat and drink nearby. Great value for money though.

评价： I had a weekend work trip and this hotel is great and cheap. Lots of eating options nearby and although it's in D7 it's easy to get a Grab into the centre if the city. Nice bed, good aircon. Ample space.

It was a tad noisy at times as you can hear when guests close their doors and they could do with blackout curtains but for the price, it's great value.
