评价： People easy to confuse about location because there are many binbin hotel.
The time check in is 2pm we arrived at 1
15pm. The room are available but we have to pay extra for 45 miniutes earlier

评价： Budget hotel, very convenient location, near Lotte Mart Q7. Quiet and secure residential area. However, the bed is relatively hard.

评价： This is ridiculous. The hotel has construction work going on for renovations. The are changing the floor so drilling and cutting machine noises from 5.30 am to 7 pm is what u will pay for. Extremely upset 😡.
This would be the whole month according to reception so keep this in mind before booking

评价： I booked a place here for convenience with the doctor's appointment and it’s close to parks as well. There are many dining options around, and it’s a residential area but quieter and more relaxed compared to the residential area across the street. I arrived late for check-in and received warm support, I've stayed three times already and I'm still satisfied. The room is super clean, the extension rate is good, and the staff is gentle, polite, and lovely. The price is reasonable and very convenient for traveling in District 7. I didn't sleep with a pillow because it was a bit hard to sleep, but the hotel still provided me with an extra pillow, which was wonderful, I slept well without any aches or pains.

评价： At first, I was worried that the room price was a bit high compared to the room quality, but staying here is quite okay.

(+) Clean, has a parking basement. The elevator is bright and clean. The staff asks about cleaning the room daily, so if you feel the room needs cleaning, just request it. The morning receptionist is gentle, enthusiastic, and professional. The night receptionist is also friendly and polite. The housekeeper is very courteous, asking if it’s convenient to clean even though we reported it and if we need to wait outside for them to clean. The shower has strong pressure, and hot water is available 24/7. The air conditioner works well. The design for the amenities is okay, just a slight downside is that the wardrobe is at the head of the bed. Each bed only has 2 pillows adding more would be better for a comfortable sleep. The location is quiet, easy to find, easy to book transportation, and there are many places to eat within walking distance. Most coffee places require crossing the road. There’s a long work desk. The refrigerator has good capacity. The shampoo and body wash used are relatively good, not too cheap :)

(-) The staircase to the parking basement is small and steep. The room is a bit dark during the day. The soundproofing is just okay luckily, it’s not too noisy. There’s no air conditioning in the hallway, so it will probably be very hot during peak times (easy to get heat shock) and a bit stuffy.
