评价： Room is decent and restroom is clean but they need to clean the bedroom area more thorough. There are ants and crawling around and a bug flying around (unsure what kinda bug). I checked out the room and sent them a video clip recorded of a bug.

优点： The rooms are clean and beautiful, you can watch the sunset. Enthusiastic and cheerful staff. The room is meticulously cleaned every day. Near tourist attractions, transportation is very convenient. Will visit again next time

优点： The room was nice and spacious. Street was quiet. Staff was communicative and tried to solve the problems during my stay.

缺点： No elevator and a narrow stair to lift a 23kg suitcase on my own for two floors, so avoid this place if you are old or have back problems. There was a construction going on in the entire buidling and the floor above me, meaning that there was debris on every floor and the noise above my room (starting at 6:30am and lasting all day) was so unbearable and impossible to live with that after 24hs I had to complain to my host to get a room at another one of their locations. I was not notified about this construction and would have not booked the room if I had that information. Also there are no lockers to leave luggage until check in. The host kindly offered me to leave it at one of their hotels, but that meant an extra taxi expense both ways for something that could be easily fixed by setting up a few lockers on the ground floor, since they have no front desk staff running the place they could at least set that up for traveler's convenience. Also, I waited for 3 hours because they said there was no early check-in available but the room was not clean when I checked in, the kitchen was dirty, and the linens had stains on them.

Trước ngày nhận phòng không ai liên hệ. Phải chủ động liên hệ để xin hướng dẫn check in
Phòng ko có sẵn nước lọc
Khăn tắm cũ và rách thủng lỗ
Nói chung với mức giá đó dù phòng bé nhưng nếu sạch sẽ thì có thể xem xét ở lần sau nhưng vì phòng mùi mè và những điểm trên nên không khuyến khích

优点： Light housekeeping was arranged every three days. Very polite housekeepers.

缺点： Noisy construction every day on elevator installation adjacent to my room that was not disclosed during the reservation process. The price of the room should have been discounted.
This apartment has not had a thorough cleaning in a long time. It certainly is not up to Western standards.

优点： Location near the city's attractions and value for money

缺点： There is no staff to welcome us, registration (passport, visa, payments, check-in, check-out) is done online through the Booking.com chat portal. this is quite annoying. the place is also a bit complicated too find.
