评价： The room in the photo and the room received do not match. The bath towels have a strange smell, are not clean, and the bed sheets are frayed, making it feel like there is sand on the bed. The bathroom has a mop lying around carelessly. The drainage is slow, and the toilet is always damp. Before checking in, they requested a deposit of 500k. Upon check-in, they asked for the room payment of 850k when I inquired why it wasn't just the remaining payment of 350k, the owner said it was a maintenance deposit rule applicable to the room. The deposit would be returned upon checkout. However, it wasn’t returned immediately it had to be after 4 PM, and I had to remind the owner to get my deposit back. The experience was extremely poor while staying in the apartment.
优点： This is a no frill apartment, not luxury. Real basic room in a condo building. Location is okay.
缺点： No amenities like coffee, tea, etc... No staff on site. The towels smell. The shower has no curtain, so the water sprays everywhere when used. I didn't like the view out of the small window.
