评价： The newly renovated room has good facilities and everything is fine. However, it seems the staff are not very professional. The room rates are also among the top in SG. This morning, I checked in - I had booked through Agoda and paid with a credit card. Upon arrival, the staff said that the rate for the room I booked could not be reduced to that extent, so they could not provide the room type I had previously booked. After some explanation about the discounts offered through the Agoda voucher, the receptionist still insisted that such a reduction was not possible and assigned me the smallest room available. It was a terrible experience, and I have not encountered such an issue in any other hotel.

评价： Location is excellent as it's very close to my office. But I chose to transfer after my 4-day stay here. I understand the frustration of not being able to understand each other (I cannot speak Vietnamese) but the manager was absolutely HORRIBLE.nnI just asked if the water was free and reception cannot understand me so he called his manager. She went to my room. Tried to ask her nicely but her face showed her irritation with me. I'm like, you're in a service industry, you should at least make an effort to understand your guests.

评价： Booked twice for my friends. Very good location, many restaurants / food shops around from very local style to restaurant style. Hotel and room are clean and tidy. And very good for value.

评价： Location is excellent with many food stores and restaurants nearby. In front of hotel also have coffee shop with reasonable price. Hotel looks new, clean and tidy. From hotel can explore to many other parts of city. Very highly recommended

评价： Cheap hotel but good location near HCM Central. Surrounded many restaurants. Small room but cozy and you can have all things enough for a good night. I also got a good sleep!

评价： I really like the location of the hotel it was down the street from one of my favorite restaurants. The Room was big ,very clean, Water temperature was difficult to maintain burned myself a couple times. Was Disappointed upon check in was told that the Room that I had paid for was not available They did have a Room for me since it was 1:00 in the morning which I notified them when I was arriving. However they ask me for 200000 more VND for a Room that wasn't as nice as the one that I had. The Room I had had a window in the one that I received had no window and they told me I would have to pay more for having One that had already paid for with 1. All in all locations good might stay there if they don't try to up sell me
