Review: We stayed here for 5 nights in a suite with 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.nnThe staff is very friendly and supportive. If I order food for delivery, they will bring them up for us. Both security guards (morning and evening shifts) are exceptionally friendly and helpful to my kid.

Positive points: The room is very clean and big enough

Review: The main daytime receptionist had typical hostile northern Vietnamese attitude , an angry tone and savage responses. Asked for a taxi booking to arrive between 1.15-1.20pm, she decided to book for 1.30pm so the taxi was sitting across the road at a cafe while we were panicking about getting to the airport. We almost missed check in because of her arrogance. The breakfast was ordinary at best but the rooms were nice

Positive points: Apartment had all the amenities you needed, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and pillows. It was walking distance to everything. We had a view of the lake and swimming pool and gardens. It had a restaurant that was open for lunches and dinner, excellent food. It had a beautiful, well equipped gym and very clean. You could walk out the gate past the pool and walk on the sidewalk along the lake. All kinds of lovely little coffee shops along the way.

Review: We had a good stay at 2 bedroom apartment. The lobby was under construction and it was noisy in the morning. However, the manager was kind enough to shift us on 6th floor. The view of lake is awesome from the apartment we stayed. It’s an old property and needs refurbishment of the rooms and furniture.

Positive points: The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean. Overall facilities in the apartment were limited but hassle free. The pool and gym are well maintained. Location next to the lake which was our preferred preference gave access to coffee houses nearby. Good restaurants within 10mts taxi ride. Food delivery to the hotel through grab was very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful from reception to cleaner and technicians.

Review: Always a pleasure to stay here.nnBut I noted the breakfast has changed, it was better my on previous stays.
