2.0 Worst hotel ever - Harshita 15-04-2025

Đánh giá: Kindly don’t come to this hotel. No property, no view, just a clean less room and nothing.
Pictures on Agoda are different and they give you the different room upstairs!
Avoid this worst hotel, instead of Book “Pandawa resort” just 100 metres away from this hotel walking distance and in the same price.
Thanks man !!

Great location with everything you need close by
Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful and friendly
I miss this place already so much
Pool was clean and inviting and I enjoyed my swims
Great view of Agung and gorgeous sunrise every morning
Arranged my snorkeling trip with manta ray and turtles
Thanks so much Wayan and lovely ladies who work hard all day keeping rooms clean and cooking breakfast and making everything fantastic. Garden and surroundings are beautiful too 10/10

Điểm cộng: The people here make it outstanding! They are welcoming and make it feel like home! The waves crashing all night was so relaxing, put you right to sleep! Eating nice home-cooked eggs overlooking the sea was an awesome way to start the day! Helped me book snorkeling. Helped me navigate. Offered tours, and to rent me a scooter when my rented one died.

Tapping water tastes like salt water (btw I'm searching for previous comments before booking, no one is mentioned about salt water. We had been to restaurant nearby, the tapping water was okay. I wonder is it just us got room for salt tapping water or not? ). I also asked the host, she said they are using salt water because they cannot get the clean water like the lembongan area...Leaking sink which whenever you're using it, the waste water flows touching your feets. Toilet bowl sway. The room was a bit dark due to the lighting in the room not sufficient. Some grain of sand falls from above room to our beds when someone is walking 😑. TV not working

7.0 Very low Budget (~USD30 a Night), so, Comfort and Facilities were matching the low Price. - Francois 23-05-2024

Shared good Water Refill and Fridge, downstairs, not in the Room, yet, OK.

Limited Breakfast Options, but at such a low Price, to have some, and with Coffee, was great.

Owner and Staff very friendly.

Owner offers Boat or Ferry Shuttle with Room of quite a few Luggage Pieces, yet, not free, IDR150K (USD10).

There is a Scooter available for Rental at the Hotel directly.

Room's electric Plugs were somewhat lacking, only one overall was functional in the Room so needed a Multiplier Device.

Điểm cộng: The owner was so kind and shared his childhood home with us. The location was right on a quiet beach that you could access from the hotel with a seaweed farm close by. A beautiful place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast. He has a lovely bonsai garden that he tends. Grounds well kept. The owner even took us on a drive around the island and to the port the next day.

Điểm trừ: The lighting in the room was not good and the bathroom had no counter space or place to hang anything. There was no insulation so we heard every sound from above, walking and talking. Our room was on the road. Ear plugs needed to get any sleep. AC was just ok.
