Positive points: quiet place for relaxing
Negative points: no electric water kettle
Positive points: Banana Pancakes for breakfast. The owner, Wayan, was very friendly and i could even rent a Scooter. And also Gamat Bay is not too far, thats cool too.
Negative points: Its very quite and calm - for me a little bit too much, but if you like it quiet, this is defenitly the place for you.
Positive points: Property has a nice front view. Owner is helpful and ask to get tours, ferry tickets and transfer to ports. But he doesn't offer the best price
Negative points: Wifi doesn't work inside rooms at all.nBreakfast is very simple and not filling. But it was the case almost everywhere in bali area
Positive points: simple accomodation, mostly clean.
Negative points: The host is asking too many questions like: What are you gonna do today? what are you doing now? where are you now? i felt i dont have my own private space. he is trying to sell me some extra services all the time. Room smelled moldy. too small bed for 2 people. bathroom didnt close and host didnt care to fix it.
Review: It was so clean, the view was insanely crazy. The host was so friendly and helpful. If I would be back in the island, would glad to stay here again.
Positive points: Great value for a spacious room in nusa penida! Easy to get to Amok sunset for pool/ sunset/ nice restaurant. There was one staff member around and he was able to organise transport for us there :) I will note… Nusa penida in general is quite different to the rest of Bali with transport costs (no grab etc) and even a short drive is quite overpriced. In addition, I would say that as the main beaches and attraction points are all spread out between East and West anyway - next time we would just stay on the main road by the harbour and in a less remote area, just because we don’t want to drive the scooter, so it will be cheaper for us personally to have more walking distance amenities. However, this does not mean there is anything wrong with this property at all! We liked it and we knew the location before booking :)
Negative points: For what we wanted, which was one night close to a sunset bar in nature and close enough to the harbour for the next day - this place met my expectations and for the cost I don’t think there’s really anything wrong.

Positive points: Perfect spot to unwind with awesome views. Best value for location just 16 minutes from the port.
Negative points: A hot water kettle would have been nice.

Positive points: The owner, Wayan, is extremely kind, hospitable and concerned about you having a great stay. The rooms were very clean. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful and many birds sing you awake in the mornings. The view from the terrace is outstanding. The owner was very supportive in helping us find a great driver/tour guide during our stay: Komang. Wayan was excellent in provided a good and hot breakfast and variable times, as needed. This accommodation is in a beautiful location and GREAT VALUE for your money. It happens to be in proximity to the most luxurious resort on the island.
Negative points: There was no TV in my room, yet it was advertised that there was. The rooms do not have refrigerators but Wayan did allow us to use the main refrigerator at the front, which was helpful. The location is great IF you are okay renting a scooter OR hiring a driver to take you to and from the property. The roads from the property to the nearest restaurants and shops don’t appear to be safe (very bumpy, uneven, and narrow) or convenient to walk on, especially at night due to limited lighting and general visibility. This is not a location where you can easily wander into town. The bathrooms could be a bit more appealing.
Review: We had a bad experience, we booked the place and when we got there the first surprise was the conditions of the road to get there, not safe to drive a scooter, second surprise: no internet or phone connection, for two digital nomads that was crucial. We left the place the same day since they didn’t have the internet service they said they had and they refuse to refund any of the money. So disappointed. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Positive points: The place is on the west side of the island which gives it the benefit to cover nearby attractions.nThe host Wayan is supportive and suggested good eatery places nearby
Negative points: The breakfast was good while it could have had a few more options.
Positive points: Abian Selumbung is a quiet a peaceful location with an amazing view of the hills and the sea. There is a restaurant nearby and it’s close by scooter to several amazing west coast beaches.
Negative points: It’s slightly remote and there is no bar or restaurant onsite.
Positive points: Clean, view and the staff was very helpful
